Amazing experience, booked this hotel for s group of 16 for a hens weekend, although a 10 min taxi from the city centre there's a fab taxi service so that did not hinder us.

Former employee. Breakfast chef position. In short to much work for 1 breakfast chef. Around 180 to 200 people for breakfast. Yes it is buffet style, but you are constantly cooking something for the breakfast as the items get used in the buffet. While you are cooking to fill the buffet you have to do the prep for yourself for the next day while cooking food for the buffet and cook 10 to 15 trays of mini pastries. Handle all of the meat delivery at least 3 to 4 supplayers, cook the special order. And you have to be finished with everything by 12 to start the prep for lunch as they open at 12 30.the problem is I am not done with my breakfast prep for the next day for 200 people and the 25 liter bucket of fruit salad needs to be done to. There is to much work for 1 chef in the morning. When told the management what was the proplem. I was answerd the previous chef managed to do everything, and my response was well where is he now, he quit, geeee I wonder why....
