The time of the appointment had to start late as the preceding client over ran. Stefan arrived at my house and was his usual polite, competent and tidy self. |
He explained where explanation was necessary and took a hand in helping me with a problematic window in my kitchen.

Your engineer was punctual, very informative & I appreciated him explaining what work he had done.
He also pointed out the need to check the batteries in the thermostat which I was not aware of.
