I purchased a house through an auction and hired them to do the conveyancing. All throughout, they delayed communication with seller, no backbone in handling legal enquiries that would protect me as their client and after I had paid fully they delayed completing the signing papers and the seller demanded extra fees. Due to their actions and lies in how they handled my case, I lost the house and a significant amount of money. Needless to say, I am taking them to court.

This is by far the best experience we ever had from any company. We were buying our first property and came across numerous people who just made us feel so uncomfortable. When I was given Nefisa’s contact details, she made me feel like I had someone on my side. She made the whole process so much easier. She answered every query and was there through every emotion. She was kind, very good listening and communicator. Honestly deserves a promotion. It was the best experience I have ever had. I recommend her and this company to anyone.

I’m writing this review following the completion of my conveyancing, and I truly feel lucky to have had NPS Law supporting me through what can be a stressful process.

Finally approaching the end of my conveyancing process which has been a protracted one owing to complex leasehold issues. I have received a gold standard customer service from Safa Hussain and Shannon Toal in respect of my own property sale, especially when I have required reassurance and support throughout the process! I know they've really worked hard to achieve the result! Senior conveyancer Lindsay Gregory has been excellent throughout my property purchase, taking due care and attention in explaining the process of purchasing my property and helping me with the interpretation of all the rather confusing legal terminology! Without hesitation I recommend their service and professionalism.

I couldn't fault the professional & supportive service provided by Margaret Dundas & Nicola both in terms of timescale & responsiveness. Queries were speedily & efficiently replied to by telephone & by e-mail & the on-line update facility provided a timely review of progress.

They have constantly created new costs from the original costs . Seriously don't use them, it feels like they offer a reasonable quote then spend the rest of their time working out ways to extract more money from you.
I have had two "contacts" already and they effectively did nothing for the first 5 weeks other than change my contact.
