Amazing new entry

This is very great initiative for people of under developed countries. Their pricing is very reasonable as compared to payoneer (who charged huge amounts from freelancers and during conversion into local banks). Also the app is very user friendly. In near future this app will take over the payoneer and wise. I am very happy with their service and customer support. Highly recommended!

They Stall People Money

I am writing this review to share my extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Nsave. They are currently holding $3,900 of my hard-earned money, and despite me providing every required document, they are refusing to release the funds or return them to the original payment source.

The payment was sent via PayPal to ACH, the same method I have used many times before without any issues. All previous transfers went through smoothly. But the moment the amount was slightly larger, Nsave immediately stalled the transfer and began demanding an unreasonable amount of private information.

I submitted all documents they requested, yet they kept asking for more including bank details from the sender, even though the payment originated from PayPal, not directly from a bank account. My sender (client) has rightfully refused to provide those personal banking details because:

She already paid through PayPal,

It is not her responsibility to give private bank information to a third-party company, and

Nsave should simply return the money to PayPal if they cannot release it.

Instead of doing the logical and correct thing refunding the payment back to PayPal, the platform it originated from Nsave continues to insist on obtaining information they have no right to request.

To make the situation even worse, Nsave has closed my ACH account without resolving the issue, and they still keep repeating the same message: provide sender bank details or they won’t proceed. This is impossible because the sender paid through PayPal, not from a bank directly.

At this point, it feels like Nsave is holding my money hostage. I have been cooperative, transparent, and patient, yet they refuse to release the funds or refund them to PayPal. Their actions have caused unnecessary stress, delays, and financial inconvenience.

My experience shows that while Nsave might handle small transactions smoothly, they completely fail when dealing with larger amounts. Their lack of transparency, unreasonable data requests, and refusal to send the money back to PayPal is extremely alarming.

I am deeply disappointed and would strongly caution others before using Nsave. This experience has destroyed my trust in their service.

My honest experience with Nsave: Great potential, nightmare compliance

Nsave seemed like a service with massive potential, but I am forced to say, their compliance team is the WORST I have seen in any Fintech company to date.

Recently, a service I was using decided to switch to "Payoneer-style" pricing (charging 1% for outgoing ACH instead of a flat $2 fee). Naturally, I was looking for a better option to store the USD funds I am saving for my higher studies. I decided to give Nsave a shot, but the moment I made the transaction, I received an email with the subject "Required Documents" and my funds have now been stuck for more than 10 days.

The level of scrutiny is absurd. They asked for my employer contract, bank statement, Upwork statement, and previous fintech statements from Wise, Elevate Pay, and the other service. So far, there have been a total of 40 emails back and forth. They don't reply for hours and on the weekends, and I have to pressure them just to get a response. Even then, the only answer I get is "it has been provided to the partner bank" or they ask for additional documents to prove something I have already explained and provided multiple times.

I was really hoping Nsave would provide better service, given how much they claim to do for the community, but I was proven very wrong. I hope no one else gets treated like a criminal who has to prove they are earning income by fair means over and over again, just to move their own money.

I genuinely hope Nsave looks into resolving these issues, specifically their communication strategy and customer-facing agents. Right now, the support behaves like traditional government bank employees: having no clue what they actually need and seemingly wanting to make the client suffer.

My experience so far with them is great!

1. Support team is proactive
2. Onboarding process is very smooth

Wire USD Account is readily available upon sign up but for ACH I had to submit additional documents which took a day or two to get approved.

1/5 — Very disappointed with nsave.com

I’ve been waiting for over 20 days for my virtual card request to be approved, and it’s still pending. I’ve reached out to their support multiple times, explaining that I really need the card, but all they keep saying is “please wait.”

This kind of delay and lack of proper response is unacceptable for a financial service. nsave.com promotes itself as a platform where you can easily create an account, get bank details, and virtual cards — but in reality, the process is extremely slow and unreliable.

Kindly avoid them. Save your time and frustration — there are far better and more responsive financial services out there.
