Harold was a life saver
Harold was a life saver. I spoke to several different companies about getting my ventilation system fixed and Harold was the only one who explained it all clearly and was transparent about costs. This made booking with him straightforward. When he came over he had it all fixed within a few hours.

Excellent service
Harold was able to source a replacement part and repair my unit when the ‘big’ providers had said the only resolution was to replace the whole unit. This saved me £1.5k. Harold was very responsive and came out three times to finish the job (at no extra cost to me). Great service all round

We had a great experience with Harold. He turned up right on time and was very responsive to emails, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He spotted what had broken then had to go away order the parts and come back to refit. The whole experience was excellent and we would definitely recommend his services!
