The worst company I’ve ever dealt with – a bunch of people constantly shifting responsibility from one to another.
I received a broken machine. It took blood, sweat, and tears to get my money back – and only thanks to PayPal. If it weren’t for that, I would have never seen a refund.

Terrible suppliers, awful service, and most likely the machine itself was just as bad.
I will never deal with Chinese sellers again – this was a huge mistake.

I ended up buying an American machine and I’m now happier than ever.
This whole experience remains a nightmare in my memory.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone – absolute scammers!

I am over the moon with Nubway. I bought 4 machines already from them. I’m helped by Hedy Shu, she’s the most patient and active person I ever met. She do anything in her power to help me, guide me. So research about other machines. Super honest about the pro’s and con’s. I’ve done some researches myself too. And they’re definitely not selling Alibaba machines that I can find on Alibaba website. This company is legit and trust worthy! I get why some people say they’re stalking. But it’s a competitive world outside. Just kindly tell the sales to let u think in peace, and get back to them. To be honest! I’m super super grateful for Hedy Shu helping me with and I will always come back to her! Super satisfied with all the machines I’ve purchased. Nubway has never let me down! Even the after care service is amazing! ITS NOT A SCAM company. It’s 100% safe and legit!

Javier from Nubway was very unprofessional. Stated that i can get a refund within 7 days of receiving the machine then says this garbage:

1.You never explain how you did the treatment of the machine, why others can get good result?
2.You didn't keep your words first, and you never listen to me, I wanna help you solve the problem.
3.We already withdraw the EMS machine special offer. Thanks 🙏

And claiming his boss is telling him stuff.

Fake FDA not US and also not CE certificate. Be aware they will not restore machine in Europe. So buy machine from European supplier. I know someone who worked there.

THEY CHEATED ME I ASKED FOR WHITENING FUNCTION BUT THEY SENT ME ANOTHER , ALSO THEY BOUGHT OUT OF ALIBABA.MOREOVER MAINTENENCE VERY BAD AFTER 1 WEEK OF ARGUMENT THEY SAID BUY THE ITEM ??WITH HIGH PRICES , DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY DONOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY .

Do not even THINK about contacting this company. They have sent me 100s of spam emails and whatsapp msgs, I have sent them so many msgs telling them I'm not interested & to stop contacting me, I have blocked them all and yet they STILL come in from different names & #'s but the same goddamn company. So so sketchy, do not purchase from them, definitely a scam

I want to share my purchase experience from Nubway, all is best!!! The sales man is patient to answer all your questions. They will give you all updates from money receipt, machine preparation, tracking number and even training of the machine. What's more, I only need to wait the machine to my door. They will handle everything. They are trusty.

This company send me and several people I work with emails non stop. Sometimes several a day. I also get the occasional WhatsApp message from them. Different addresses and numbers so impossible to block. I've called and requested they cease but it makes no difference. They're only interested in selling product.

This company email ALL the time. Sometimes I receive 3+ marketing emails in a day. They come from different email addresses every time so are difficult to block. I request each time to be removed but they do not care about anything other than sales. I have even called them on the telephone but it makes no difference.

COMPLETE WASTE OF $6,000. FEEL FREE TO REACH ME FOR DETAILS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD PRODUCT THAT THEY DON'T REPLACE. THEY WILL JUST STEEL YOUR MONEY. DON'T BE A VICTIM!

Omg, fuming with this company..
Two years ago I asked for some info about their diode laser and said I wasn’t interested now..
Till this day I have them contacting me with different numbers from China and spamming my PHONE! I will block each of your accounts!!!
Please, please don’t contact this people they are amateurs and desperate!
Ps: If I could, I would post screen shots of their spamming numbers here but unfortunately trip advisor doesn’t have an option to add a photo! I never signed up for anything!!! DO NOT CONTACT THIS “COMPANY”.

I run a tattoo removal business in Canada and gave NUBWAY a chance to prove their lasers. They claimed they could compete with my Quanta and Cynosure lasers but I quickly found out that they could not. The laser broke down in a few months and the servicing has been a nightmare. DO NOT waste a single dollar on this company. The equipment is junk, the sales department is there to perpetuate lies, the service is deplorable and the engineering department is clueless. The equipment is low grade, cheap and doesn't work. I would never recommend Nubway.

Contacted by my Sales Rep asking for the removal of the review. "Nubway only cares about its profits." 1 1/2 years later I will get my Ice Pro replaced. Giving a four-star. They fulfill the terms agreed upon this will change to 5 stars. Sales Rep took a hit for the team making this a win-win. Grateful!!

I like the service of Nubway, fast delivery and best quality. And Robert is a good person. Always help solve all the problems. Recommend Nubway to everyone.
