I ordered a Thomas the Train set for my son. They took my $60 and guess who didn't receive the train set a year later? Now their page is shut down. It was a scam and I got scammed.

SCAM, placed order in May for Nest Thermostat and have not received any communication or responses to my inquiries, the phone number does not work and no reply back from their support email. Do not buy!

Yes, nucasastore.com is a complete scam. As proof, I offer that they are using my home address as their supposed business address. (I have filed complaints with the New York State Attorney General's Office and several other agencies.) Their phone number simply goes to a FAX machine. E-mails to their support staff go unanswered. So, do you really want to do business with somebody like this?

SCAM done wrong. I ordered (2) Nest E thermostat because of the price. I was a little skeptical so I paid with PayPal. After getting no update on my order and their phone no. being disconnected, I received a "mystery package" with a FROM address of: Macys.com, 455 Research Drive Suite 100, Southaven MS 38672. I opened the box and there was only 1 thermostat, not the 2 I ordered. Still no e-mail or phone update, so I called PayPal, opened a dispute and got my money pack. So now this piece of garbage is out of the money and I got 1 thermostat for free!

Emailed multiple times about my order and no response, tried to sign up for an account to see if I could track my order but you can't even sign up, the phone number for customer service is a fax number, and the area to sign up for updates doesn't work. As of now, I'm thinking I was just scammed out of $110.

I was drawn to the NuCasa store site by a promise of $40 off various Nest products, specifically the Nest Protect smoke detector. I immediately ordered two of them. Well, I did get a package a week or so later containing just one smoke detector. However, the package was sent (and the packing slip confirmed) from Verizon(??!). The tracking number on the package was the same that NuCasa sent me in an email so I assume it came (in a roundabout way) from NuCasa. However I wasn't able to confirm that since there is no customer service number and they didn't answer either of the two emails I sent. A charge for two smoke detectors was charged on my credit card (which I am now disputing). Awaiting to see what the resolution of this is. A very fishy company and had I read the reviews here before ordering from them, I would have stayed away. You probably should too.

Terrible I ordered a toy for my daughter on March 14th and still haven't received it. no replies to email and phone number a fax as previously said. this was a birthday gift for my daughter. I couldn't be more upset. her birthday has now passed.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I ordered 3 items they only sent 1. They will not respond to emails and the phone number listed is a fax machine.

Well I've received 2 of the 3 items I'm purchased. I think they had the price wrong. I'll be surprised if I get all 3. They did respond to an email after a few days.

Charged me for the two items I purchased. They sent one but the invoice said there were two in the box. Tried to reach them, they don’t respond to emails and the phone number is a fax machine!

I have been trying to chase them for weeks and they have not bothered to respond to my shipment. They charged me for my order and for weeks I have not received any updates from them.
THIS IS A SCAM !!!

This store would get 0 stars if possible!! DO NOT ORDER from this store it is a scam....tried to call the store number provided and the number is not in service. texted to the order confirmation and no response after 4 days!! 4th day from order and still NO shipping information sent BUT paypal was charged. Filed a case claim with paypal to get my money back.. and I will. I should have known better will always check a new site out before ordering. The ONLY reason I did is because they offered paypal payment and felt save.

Bought Christmas gift for a family member from these guys. Standard delivery took 4 days from order to door (plenty of time as ordered early December). Product was extremely well packaged and arrived in good condition. Actual item was good quality and just what the recipient wanted, so all good!

I ordered some mugs from Nucasa, they arrived incredibly well-packaged but one had manufacturing damage. Nucasa sorted this out very quickly, efficiently and helpfully.

I have recently bought a new house and was looking for some unusual items to decorate it. NuCasa has a fantastic range of products and I keep on going back to add new bits to my house. I have one light in particular that everyone keeps asking where I got it from. The service I have received has also been excellent! Thank you NuCasa

Recently having moved in to my first house I wanted to create something different in each room and as a single male, I didn't have a clue where to start... Until a friend recommended NuCasa.co.uk... who needs a woman when you've got NuCasa? I was able to create an industrial style kitchen using the edgy stylised lighting and wide range of appliances and I will definately be re-visiting when I decorate the next room in my home.

I found the staff at NuCasa very helpful and understanding. I am happy to recommend them to all my friends.

Pleasure doing business with them. Found the website very easy to use and the service even better. I asked about getting a product shipped over to Spain, they were very helpful and arranged it with no fuss. It arrived safely and in a timely manner. Already scrolling through to see what i will buy next :-)

This website has been a great find, especially after moving into my new apartment. There was a great range of quality and stylistic accessories on here for my lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The designs have a much more individualistic quality and have allowed me to create a completely different design in my apartment that is distinct in comparison others who use the more well known websites or brands. I'd thoroughly recommend this website.

The canvas I brought is great and it really ties the room together. The only issue I have is the delivery took 7 days

Website is well designed. Got just what I wanted and reasonably priced.
