Absolute crooks mecanics are good but manager and person on counter ripping everyone off with extras like extra parts needed extra cleaning vat on top of vat sundries plus charging longer to do the job They will milk you for every penny so they can double the price of a simple job Avoid at all costs RIP OFF JOINT

Was given a fast and competitive quote and was able to book the vehicle in quite quickly. Damage to front OS wing, boot door and panel. This was repaired to a high quality finish and in a quicker time than I expected. From start to finish Nick and Tim were friendly, efficient and professional in their work and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. Thankyou guys.

I cannot recommend Nick enough, someone drove into me from a side road a month ago and completely smashed the front of my Range Rover Evoque in. An accident management company I was dealing with deemed my car a write off. I got a couple of second opinions from local garages and from the very start Nick was extremely helpful and reassuring . He offered for me to bring my car down to be assessed and he checked it all out and gave me a quote and assured me my car was repairable at a fraction of the cost that the accident repair garage had tried to claim!

He helped me with dealing with the third parties insurer and the accident repair garage and was so informative and assuring to me through an extremely stressful time.
The third party’s insurer paid out and I requested the work to be done through Nick at the Nuffield Accident Repair as he was always courteous and replied in a timely manner to emails, keeping me informed of everything and he got to work on my car straight away from the get go.

I cannot fault them at all and my car is literally like brand new in less than a week!! I was so impressed that I paid for him to take out a dent on my passenger side door from a previous small accident too.

As a woman it can be a minefield knowing what garage to go to and trust but I would highly recommend Nick and all his team at this garage , they are so professional and honest and upfront . There was no hidden charges or any extra costs and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them in the future if I ever need to!

Will be recommending to my friends and family and just again a huge thank you to Nick for everything and for getting my car back on the road !!

Couldn't be happier with service received. had a scuff on side of my astra and Nuffield Accident repair sorted it out for me when i picked the car up i was amazed at how good the quality of work was great skills the paint was blended very well.

I went to Nuffield Repair Centre with a small dent and scratch in my passenger door. I arrived and was immediately patronised and called 'young lady' and told that it wasn't a small issue. They claimed that the whole passenger door needed to be replaced at a price of at least £1200. They also said any other place might say they can repair it without replacing the door but that they would do a bad job.

Today, I have just picked up my car from a different repair centre in Poole that fixed the issue without replacing the door and it cost £350.

Wouldn't recommend this repair centre.

Brilliant repair to our dented tailgate with smashed tail light cluster. Wouldn't know there had been any damage.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful with advice on how to have dent repaired and signage replaced. Came with two year guarantee.
