I really appreciate Jessamyn’s support on my porting to Xfinity! She provided very prompt service so professionally. She went above and beyond to help put me in direct contact with Xfinity porting advance team when I was hopeless when attempting to get help with Xfinity customer service representative alone earlier. Service was provided by Numberbarn.com only via email but it was very personal and as effective as talking to live person.

So on a whim was gonna change my original 10 year old cell number due to alot of all of a sudden scammers calling me. I found this on Google for basically getting a vanity number which is no longer offered through cell service providers. I found my number paid the fees and walla your number is ready. I had to call my cell provider to port over the number and did so getting rid of my old number for good and walla nothing l!!! I found out the number that was in limbo waiting to be posted had a Verizon locked phone thing on it. Next thing I know I lost my old number couldn't pursue the new number and my phone was in limbo for 2 days mind you I am on call 24/7! So surgeries were missed and fees were adding up. I had to get a new number 20 dollars and switch fee 15 and a restart fee 30 plus I had to get a random number from my cell service that sucked. I especially hated that NUMBER BARN HUNG ME OUT TO DRY WITH NO CONTACT HELP, SUPPORT FOLLOW UP OR PHONE NUMBER TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. They set thousand of numbers aside so normal people can't use them then they monopolize the area and let it run on auto pilot as to say it sooooo good that no mistakes will be made..yet here we are!! I don't like feeling like a p.o.s and set aside!! This was a horrible experience and I regret it and hope Noone else has to go through it either. Our phones are a extension of us and who we are this was a slap in the face and Noone even cared!! On the rebuttal below again you didn't even listen to my extensive details about the situation on either email and the only outcome I recieved was I quote if your over it, we can refund ya..all I ask all I say is this..do not sell, borrow, loan or ask for money in exchange for numbers that are blocked by the previous carrier!! It did not go through due to being linked to a non paid off stolen phone from verizon..when ported over it said non usable it is locked by Verizon for non pay off of the phone it is linked too..which makes me believe u don't do due diligence or research number u want payment for yet don't care what happens to the people that want said numbers!!

I am really upset with this company making 5 million in gross sales a year from a PO box and 12 employees. They allow me to open an account, and they allow me to start a port in of my number, and then their sensitive computer security system determines that I am high risk, and my account is closed and my transfer is cancelled with no explanation and no assistance provided to me whatsoever. I emailed to customer service their LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION agreement that a "manager" was supposed to review. No response! Now my phone number is in limbo. It is no longer with my old carrier and not with Number Barn either. I need to find out who owns my phone number. And no humans to answer a phone either just to "save money." And their office is closed on Weekends. I am getting my lawyer involved, hope it was worth it to "save money." The customer service manager named Jeremy Watkin is suffering from the Dunning–Kruger Effect, and he takes week long vacations without someone to cover his work, and he forces me to answers his questions multiple times. Plus, he expects me to know why his computers refuse to do business with me. I have no idea! That is his responsibility to know.

We had to make a last minute porting request as our previous carrier was being terminated. NumberBarn did a wonderful job providing the support that we needed. Talk about world-class customer support/service - I worked with Jessamyn, who was super responsive and really took the time to understand what we were trying to do. She stayed in contact with me via multiple emails and kept me up-to-date with the most current information she had. Thank you! The NumberBarn user platform/dashboard was also super easy and intuitive to use. After the numbers were successfully ported over, there were no issues whatsoever. This is the way every dashboard should be!

Wide range of numbers with reasonable price. Great and immediate support when I had trouble porting out. It took me only less than 24 hours from getting the number I want + port out + port in with another carrier (Tello, by the way).

We were moving to Europe but needed to keep a Canadian number so we can get SMS codes for accounts that only allow Canadian numbers. Although the process was unnecessarily convoluted with our cell provider, Jessamyn at Number Barn was empathetic, patient and persistent with the porting attempts. I'm so much happier to give them my number than our prior provider!
Tip: if you need to use another physical SIM while waiting for the porting of your number, convert your cell number's SIM to an eSIM if you have the option. We eventually had to do this so we could "catch" whenever our prior provider sent us the SMS to confirm the port out.

Happy customer for over a year. I was skeptical at this service and others like it except my phone would ring, and ring and ring while I was working from home. No one called my house other than someone trying to leave a message as a reminder for a doctor's appointment or a telemarketer. I have getting out of my seat only to hear a recorded message for something I will never want. Enter in NumberBarn. My home phone doesn't ring, since I don't have a home phone. I keep my number and, it can be routed (with the call forward plan) to any of the four people in my house. The caller presses a number and my daughters mobile phone gets the call. I keep my number and can play recordings if any are left in the general mailbox. Brilliant and just what every family needs to route calls correctly and ditch telemarketers and stop the home phone from rigging all the time.

All of these wonderful reviews make me wonder who is writing them. I have waited days for someone to get back to me with regard to my account access. In the meantime my entire phone system is being held up. No Phone number...a bot who only provides articles....and an email where no one responds.
