Quick Answers

Put a phone number in the search bar on several Reverse Phone Lookup websites. Numlookup.com was the only website that provided the name belonging to said phone.

Quick lookup with great response

I get many scam callers and Phone numbers with no name to them. I've tried using different number search sites but they all gave me this long song and dance before looking up anything, and when they did; it took forever for them to finish. Then, the wanted me to pay for a bunch of information I did not ask for before letting me see anything. Just when I was about to give up I found this website: Numlookup, it gave me exactly what I needed to know. The lookup was fast and very easy, I am very pleased with this service, they also have low rates for those who need to use it more often each day. Thanks Numlookup for you awesome service.

Inaccurate and useless

Inaccurate and useless. It's incredibly outdated and half the time says "Private". I wish this site actually worked but all phone lookups are inaccurate. My friend wanted me to test and every single time it said: "Private". Was a waste of time.

This is my second review of NumLookUp…

This is my second review of NumLookUp (NLU) regarding another phone call. First review 5 stars. Second review 5 stars for a totally different reason. I use the free Truecaller app which works fairly well for me. Truecallert ID'ed the call as "Spam Risk" "Likely a Business" local number "Brush, CO". I had just called and spoke with a company in Brush, CO for about 20 minutes. This suspicious incoming call was about 15 minutes later. I used to answer Hi, this is (my first name) both when answering in person or when an incoming call rolls over to my voicemail greeting. I'm breaking that habit. No longer my name in the greeting, just the phone number. If my "Caller ID" or I do not recognize the name or number, and I decide then decide to answer or not. If I answer, I pause a few moments and listen before determining to say or not say "hello". For this phone call, I answered, paused, listened and then said hello. The other end also paused and hung up. Just curious, I checked out the number with NumLookUp, and here's where I believe they went the extra mile. NLU checked the number and it came back as a VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol - number). VoIP offers advantages (e.g., I have a VoIP toll-free number for business) and disadvantages (e.g., for Spam Risk or other suspicious type calls, a person can "hide" their true identity/intentions). NLU gives me and you information for free, plus if NLU's databases find nothing, they detail why. Beyond that, they even have YouTube videos to help people like me stay informed. So far, they're the best I've found in the truly "free" online lookup options available.

It's fast and easy but I looked up my own phone number and it says it belongs to a Danny Russell, I'm thinking maybe they just need to update their site, so I don't know exactly how reliable their site is but I'd use it again.
