The questions seems hard, but it is helping build my clinical judgement skills. Also, the rationales helps by giving explanations for the answer or why I got the question wrong.

Love it it helps me understand the questions with help then tests me without help.
I have just signed up and I did only two exercises. Some questions were the same. I just wondering are the exercises are always updated to the latest syllabus.
There are only one drug dosage calculation exercise. I hope they are more exercises for practicing.

Nurse plus Academy is great and I love it. Here at Nursing plus Academy I found everything I needed to know to pass the nclex (flashcards, practice exam, and terminology), just to name a few of the tools available. and excellent customer service, I know that all I need to do is put in the time to achieve the success I seek.
Thank you Nurse Plus Academy for your excellent and incredible work.
I am a repeat test taker. Used this for my 3rd attempt. my previous attempts i used archer.
PROS:
-My favorite part about this program was that it made me an individualized study plan. It held me accountable. I knew how many questions I had to go through each day until my test date to get to that 100%.
-The fact that you cannot exceed a specific amount of incorrect answers requires you to repeat the tests and it really helped glue key ideas in my head.
-The AI robot was extremely helpful, if i had a question, it had an answer. Made it easier than having to look something up and dig for the exact answer i was looking for.
- Having the specific topics separated made me realize where my weakest topics were. It was nice to go over each topic one by one to really make sure I knew my stuff.
Things I didn't like:
- The AI robot was helpful but sometimes it was so frustrating when it would try to lead me back to the main answer when i was trying to learn more about the general topic of the question.
- The challenge bank being part of my passing probability. With the amount of times i had to re-do the tests to get a passing grade I think i went over the ones i got wrong enough. I wish there was a way it would eliminate those wrong answers after you get it right again in the regular test.
- some questions and their correct answers would contradict themselves. This made it confusing for me to know what was right.
- The practice exams just re-use all the questions from the previous tests (again making the challenge bank pointless). This was frustrating because I feel like after you see those same questions over and over you begin to memorize the answer rather than really using critical thinking to figure it out.
- The general layout. I think it would be more beneficial to switch to a style that looks more like the actual NCLEX exam. This prepares the test taker for what to expect when they take their exam
- the practice exams review was wonky. the multiple choice and next gen features made no sense when looking at the review after my test. some parts wouldn't appear and my answers wouldn't show. made it confusing to see what i actually got right/wrong.
Overall i am glad i did this program. It has led me to success and I feel confident going into my exam knowing that I reached the 100% passing probability

Very easy navigation, straight to the point explanations, unlimited CAT simulations, review reminders, very affordable price!
I recently passed my NCLEX-RN exam. The Nurse Plus qbanks are a great help to me in preparing my exam.
The simulator exam is the same as practice questions; NGN questions are not a good format. Sata question are very boring questions and no concept and exam strategy video lectures.

The qbank is very challenging. I still have a lot to go through, but looking forward to finish and redo all qbanks (if the time permits). It helps me to focus and remember all the recently studied concepts. Overall, I find it helpful and user friendly.
Love the AI IMPLEMENTATION, it’s my favorite feature , I’m still practicing for my exam, I will give another review when I pass cos ain’t no failing around here … cheers
I appreciate the fact that I can ask any question at anytime on any topic and I always receive answers. The personal tutor that comes with the system is truly amazing. I feel like I'm not alone because if I don't understand something, I don't need any additional resources outside of Nurse Plus, but all I have to do is to click "help me understand this" and the system breaks the question down for me and I can also type any addional question at anytime.
i like how the different categories are broken down with quizzes. i wasn't able to find any type of case studies or more of the NGN style of questions. i know that's pretty helpful to study from now that they're going to be on state boards testing. i think the website and the information you guys provide is very helpful and easy to understand. i wish i would have found this sooner because its a great place to study from.

I was having the same questions. In addition, the case studies are missing, which I came across in the exam and I was not very prepared for it.I took Nclex PN.

I am the ex wife of one of your clients, my son has POA over his father and is his registered next of kin. I find it very hard to believe that my ex husband was left for 4 to 5 hours following a fall where he was badly injured. Your visiting carer found him called an ambulance that's fine BUT failed to notify the manager of the housing complex that an ambulance had been called, the carer also failed to report to the office what had happened until 2/3 days later and failed to inform next of kin, my son. No one knew where your client was from the 4 June 23 till 7 June 23 when the housing manager found the flat empty and called my son. When finally we found him at the hospital he was in a terrible state and very distressed and reduced to tears when both my sons turned up at the hospital. My question is When would you have notified his next of kin as he could have died in hospital alone and no one would have known. Your answers to my sons questions was to blame your client my ex husband when your carer/nurse FAILED in her duty of care called an ambulance and went home. What happened to following your protocol of nursing, why did you fail to notify next of kin. You failed my ex husband and his next of kin very badly and now we want answers, he may be my ex husband but l still care about my sons father who has been charged extreme amounts for his care which has been failed miserably. I personally want answers as to what your carer gets paid for because his home is in a terrible state and no one has done anything for the money he pays you oh apart from give him his medication. Answers please.
