Fantastic deal, Zia pushchair arrived (in good time) and it was more than I expected with it being !reworked! yeah it had a couple of surface scratches but these were only noticeable at close inspection... The pram is sturdy and is as good as new... I could have bought this pram at full cost and caused the scuffs within a week my self. Bargain!! Wish I had known about this website earlier.

Having been reassured by NurseryValue.com's official affiliation with Petite Star, we ordered a Grade B Reworked buggy and expected to receive an average-to-good 2nd hand buggy. Indeed, as the price was a third of the RRP, we would have been happy with that.

However, what we received was a first class refurbishment, with new wheels, new upholstery and a new footmuff. The ONLY signs of previous use are some minor scratches on the bottom of the metal frame. We are delighted, and have already mentioned the website to several friends.

Thought it sounds great at first, pram arrived and logo faded, fantastic thought that was main issue until tried to push pram and wheel sticks at front so not really useable. Also comes with no raincover (reworked b) and I thought on websote it said it did!

My Item arrived faulty and dangerous so I emailed them immediately only to get a reply with simply a return Address and a note saying I have to return at my own cost ... No apology or anything shocked that I have to pay to return a faulty item they sent me .. I have since send the item back and they have recieved it but I have heard nothing from them regarding a refund they now have my money and my item and I'm without a stroller .... I will never buy from them again!!!

A great light buggy that makes pushing my 2 yr old much easier and will be great for my next baby due in a few months. Very speedy delivery and easy to put up and down.

After selecting the Petite Star Charisma Twin Buggy, I discovered the only 2 left in the world(!) were with Nursery Value. I emailed to check stock and received a very polite reply confirming there were 2. After ordering, I selected basic postage at £3 but received the product in fantastic packaging within 36 hours!

We are absolutely thrilled with our twin travel system for less than £200! Great quality, stylish and brilliant value. All delivered with efficiency. Bravo!

ordered and paid for a item and a week later no item and no refund. they cant explain what happened so I would def not recommened ordering from nursery value. safer buying in a shop.

Been waiting since the 7th of november for my order payed for 1-2 days delivery, its now the 15th. Contacted one of your team with my order number and it sayed its been signed for. I haven't signed for anything and a cards not been left to say that its with someone. Very disappointed that there's no easier way to contact a member of the team than threw email or facebook.

The pushchair petite star zukoo is light and easy to everyday use. I can easy recomend the web side and the stroller to any one looking for good value for money.

I bought a 'b graded' petite star, and was expecting a few marks on it which was fine. It was delivered by courier very quickly (within 2 days of ordering) and it looked new. I still can't find any fault with it! Really pleasant customer service , would recommend to anyone!
