The delivery company didn’t know they…
The delivery company didn’t know they were delivering frozen food and they had it in their van from 11am till they delivered at 8pm. Luckily they were mostly frozen
The last day video doesn’t work it just repeated the middle of the cleanse video so coming off cleanse I found hard.
I felt daily discounts to order again when I hadn’t completed yet was a heavy sales pitch which was disappointing as it felt you worried more about your sales rather than I was mid experience for the first time. Off putting. Worse than that I had the reorder at 40% the day I got the juice and hadn’t even started but it quickly reduced the 25% and now it’s silent and I just finished on Friday. There would be more chance I’d look to reorder the 5 day again to do it in a month. Instead it’s double the price and I’m just getting my head around the cost and safeness to go again with another 5 days so soon.
That’s all the negatives.
I thought the juices were tasty, I feel the support emails were very helpful and I have successfully dropped 9lbs.

Product is ok
Product is ok, it’s only turmeric and ginger blended together. What I find frustrating is the near impossible way to cancel the subscription online.
Need to email or phone, why not have a cancellation button? Hence the 1 star. Companies that take these attitudes are trying to keep you locked in to a subscription

At the moment, subscription changes (including cancellations) do need to be handled through our Customer Care team. This is because we aim to make sure everything is managed accurately and personally for each customer, including delivery schedules, product availability, and any pricing or plan adjustments. Handling this directly allows us to ensure nothing is missed and that everything is correctly updated for your account.
That said, we completely understand your point about convenience. Having a self-service cancellation option is something we recognise would improve the experience, and it’s something we are actively reviewing for future improvements to our subscription system.
If there’s anything further we can help with, or if you have any remaining concerns, our Customer Care team is always here to assist.

I love Nutriseed and their products
I love Nutriseed and their products. Since finding out about them, their great products and budget friendly prices, I haven't stopped purcashing from them. When I am able to, I will be making a big purchase of all the products I have already purchased and love (and maybe a few others). Easy to order, clear and concise information on all their products, great value and at budget prices. I havent seen better elsewhere. Nutriseed keep me informed of their postal journey and they arrive within a couple of days, carefully and kindly packaged in recycable packaging by Royal Mail who I personally find the safest and quickest way of getting their product to their customers. I am currently enjoying Goji Berries, Bee Pollen, Chia Seeds & Flax Seeds. Nutriseed, keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service and delicious juices
I have been so pleased with this product and the customer service. I ordered the three day cleanse and when it arrived, several of the bottles were leaking. I contacted customer services and I have been nothing short of astonished by their response. A prompt reply and they have offered to send me a full new order! I couldn’t believe it. The replacement order has been sent out and I am waiting for it to arrive. In the meantime, I have used up some of the leaking bottles rather than waste them and the juices are delicious. I was expecting a bad taste at worst and a lack of taste at best but honestly, what I have tried has been so yummy! A great tasting product, exceptional customer service and even though some issues with leakage, an all round great experience and I will definitely be ordering more. I’ve also been recommending to my family.

Day 4 of a 5 day cleanse!
Purchased the 5 day juice cleanse and I’m currently on day 4! Did this as a reset for my body due to relentless snacking(trying to teach myself some discipline). The juices are wonderful, they taste great- any with lemon in are quite sour but I like that! Not hungry at all, which is surprising, I guess the sugars in it are making me feel full and not need any food. These have been a wonder, I would definately recommend these juices if you are looking for a body reset.
