Ginger and Turmeric for a good kick in the backside!
Recently battling a relapse of ME/CFS and a sprinkle of menopause! Constantly picking up viruses and no energy etc. since starting the shots I’ve got more energy and less sore throats. Still got a bit of healing to do but feel I’m going the right way.

Delicious Juices
Despite a slight issue with delivery, the actual juices were delicious. I ordered the 3-Day Juice Cleanse and am now looking to move to a regular 5:2 subscription.

i saw the ginger & tumeric shots advertised on Social media, i thought id like to try these, as i really enjoy the taste of ginger, after the 1st shot i couldnt believe the marked improvement of my oral thrush i had, then i looked up if it could have been these shots that helped the thrush to almost vanish, i couldnt believe it has anti fungal anti microbiel benefits, which i didnt know before taking, as im recovering from major surgery 8 weeks ago, and on strong antibiotics all during this period, and had all the side affects, of these meds, which was the awful oral thrush that made everything i ate n drank taste metalic, so i will be keep going with this liquid gold each morning, that is contributing to me feeling so much better, and these shots taste amazing too, many thanks Nutriseed, i love these wee shots.

Shocking customer service!
Although the item that I ordered, dried cranberries, are delicious, but I am now shocked to find out that my repeat subscription order has been processed and dispatched without giving me any prior notification that it was upcoming. When I went to the website to cancel future orders, I cannot find any way to cancel, only to edit the date of my next delivery, which I have now done. When I tried to cancel the form of payment, a message popped up to say that I can only do that directly with my payment provider. Shocking customer service! The website doesn’t even show a contact phone number, only an email address. Fortunately there is a phone number on this Trustpilot page, but I have chosen to email them anyway to get a written confirmation of cancellation of my subscription and any future orders. I have never experienced a company with such poor customer care and website options in my account portal. The email that I received this morning confirming that my order has been processed and dispatched without my prior knowledge is actually from Shopify, not Nutriseed, which I guess explains everything. I will never make a future purchase from Nutriseed and will be very vigilant not to subscribe to anything that mentions Shopify. This is the worst online shopping experience that I’ve ever encountered. I received an auto-reply a few minutes ago from Nutriseed that they will reply to my email in a maximum of 24 hours.

Our subscriptions are designed to process automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout, which is outlined when the subscription is created. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to stop it, as it has already entered the fulfilment process.
You are able to manage your subscription through your account, including adjusting future delivery dates or cancelling upcoming orders.
Regarding the email notification, Shopify is the secure platform that powers our online store and order confirmations are sometimes sent through their system on our behalf.
We received your email today and our customer care team has also responded promplty and assisted with your request. Please check your inbox for our reply.

The ordering process was easy, delivery exactly on time and the product I bought, namely Turmeric and ginger shots, have really helped the inflammation in my hands. I am so pleased that I re-ordered another two month supply.

The easiest most hassle free way of detoxing. First week after 3 day juice cleanse I lost 4kg not only did I feel more alert, less bloating and slept better, I finally felt I’d found something which actually worked. I’ve reordered and plan to do 3 cleanse days a week for a couple more weeks. I feel great!

Yummy and easy
