This is an amazing product but the customer service is shocking. I have been waiting 13 working days for my order and it still has not been sent. This has happened for my last three orders. Don’t take peoples money if you have no stock. Such a shame considering the product is so good

I've been a customer of nuut on and off for almost 4 years and I absolutely love the products (daily balance for the win!)
Its definitely the best tasting product ive had and really makes me feel satisfied without that icky bloat feeling

On the minus side, I have had some issues with deliveries as the products were always selling out. Luckily the customer service girls kept me informed and always made up for the delays.

My only other suggestion is new flavours please!!!!

They are really bad as a business, very happy to take your money and not delivery the products, I bought 4 boxes 3 week ago and I haven’t received anything, there is not phone number to call and no one responded

I’m giving 2 stars because the shakes themselves are really good but the way they run their business is appalling. They willingly take orders with no product in stock and then just don’t dispatch. It’s 2023 and teenagers everywhere are running business from their bedroom - it’s not that difficult to measure and forecast stock levels. Customer service has limited responsiveness.

Didn't receive order nor have they responded to my emails

I was offered a free sample over 6 months and have not received or had any response to my emails recently. There was just the one apology at the outset. Do not offer try before you buy if you cannot fulfil the request.

I ordered some product from Nuut on 28 March 23 and have still not received it. I had a response from my first email enquiry saying 7 days delay but since then I have had 3 emails ignored. They have had my money of £105 now for 3 weeks ! There contact number is in Australia so I do not want to call them but I cannot even cancel the order

If I could give ZERO stars or minus stars I would. I ordered 3 weeks ago and they’ve taken the money however I’ve received nothing. I’ve tried contacting them 3 times via the email they give and via Instagram, twice.
Not a single response. Avoid this company at all costs - just like they avoid communicating with their customers.

It is such a shame to have to give 1 star but it has been 3 weeks since I have placed my order and my items have not been despatched.

I am fond of the products and have purchased multiple times but this happens a lot. What adds insult to injury is the blatant ignoring my emails querying what is going on - when I shouldn’t even have to chase!!! Delays happen but simply courtesy to apologise and notify should be given to any customer particularly a loyal customer.

If you are looking for a product that you won’t rely on and purchase on a regular basis this won’t be for you because despite me ordering way in advance because I have experienced these issues previously and wanted to avoid running out again this still wasn’t enough. It’s a great product but sadly cannot he relied on and with food supplematiom CONSISTENCY IS KEY.

Hopefully Nuut will figure this out before they lose all of their loyal customers.

It should be said that if I had received a response to my previous email over a week again I would have held off and just waited yet again. But this really takes the biscuit.

A tasty, nutritious start to my day that powers me through the morning. Helps me to maintain a healthy balance and keep in shape.

Love the chocolate protein powder. I swear this product helped me fall pregnant and has helped me grow a healthy baby so far! Thank you Nuut!

Product is packed and sent quickly. Tracking is available, so it’s easy to see the progress of my delivery.
I bought the Keto shake in packets and now in container. It tastes better when you get the portions right and use milk of choice. They work well to help bring some good nutrition and help manage weight losses. I will keep using this once I hit my weight and fitness goals as a good snack to curb sugar cravings.

Always out of stock of the chocolate blend. When you do order, I would say 8 out of the last 10 orders I have had to chase. I tried the vanilla instead, tasted like soap so I had to send back at my expense, which isnt correct under distance selling regs in the UK.

Best thing I can say is I’ll definitely reorder this yummo product again. I really love the taste of the two products I’ve tried (choc & vanilla) and I especially love the recycling programme… and added touch that actually matters to me!

Excellent taste, quick delivery. Great ethical company, I love how you can recycle the packets and now you also have the option to buy the bulk tub. I have been using Nuut for a couple of years and love the convenience for my shift work and it keeps me satisfied.

I ordered a Nuut bundle 24/4/22 and I am still waiting for my delivery!
Absolutely no communication from Nuut, I am having to constantly ask where my delivery is. They were quick enough to take my payment. Really disappointed. No U.K contact number.

The vanilla flavoured shakes taste like milk gone bad. It has a very unpleasant taste.
Also, the company only publishes good reviews on their website. I left two negative reviews but non was published.

Product took months to arrive and when it did it was opened and tampered with. Powder was all through box and lid was open! Had to chase customer service constantly. Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend or order with them

The best protein powder I've tried. I love that it's plant-based and the flavour is really creamy and chocolatey. I mainly use the keto one for a high fat, low carb 'meal' when I'm on the go.
