Disappointing Purchase Experience
Unfortunately the experience from Nuvoo has been very disappointing. The device arrived with several issues, including wrong language settings and software installed in Finnish, which required a lot of time to fix. I spent many hours trying to make the computer usable, including transferring files, adjusting settings, reinstalling software and the customer service phone line never answered despite repeated attempts. The compensation offered for all the trouble was very small and did not reflect the time and effort required to fix a computer that should have worked properly from the start.

Nuvoo left disturbing shit on the harddrive.
I am rather pleased with Novoo because my former buy, 2 y ago, was a five-star, but this time Nuvoo had left some shit on the harddrive, that I still cannot get rid of. It is a very disturbing comand about McAfee that comes every now and then.

All our installations are done using official Windows installation media with predefined software, and we do not install any extra third-party programs on our devices. McAfee is not included in our installations, so it is likely that you have installed it accidentally during setup, for example when installing another program or by clicking an advertisement.
We recommend uninstalling McAfee and using a trusted security solution instead, such as F-Secure. If you’d like assistance removing McAfee, our customer service will be happy to help.
