Fantastic

Scott and the two others I spoke to tonight were very helpful and patient when I didnt understand part of the process. Great customer service. Super chill and nice. I really appreciate everyone that has been involved with working with me so far as my order is large and takes time to transfer. They have worked with me on letting me get some sleep and working on the remainder tomorrow. At first I was a bit skeptical of the ordering process and verification, but they have proven to be very trustworthy. Thank you to Scott and all others involved with my order so far.

Elena saved me from canceling

Elena saved me from canceling! She was very poised in how she handled my outrage. I was very close to canceling because i didnt get a good reason to why my order took 8 hours. Instead saying "Sorry" over and over, she got my order fulfilled in less than 20 minutes. :) Thank you Elena!

Legit company, good prices, delivery can be SLOW

My past review seems to have disappeared. Interesting. The company is legit. I've never had them not deliver. That said, the speed of delivery is hit or miss. When I order keys for STO, I get them within minutes no matter how many I ordered. EC on the other hand can take days. Yes, days. That really sucks when the whole reason you ordered was to buy a ship on the exchange. Odds are it will be gone before your NWGold order is delivered. They also can never provide a time to expect your delivery, so you're just left logging in every five minutes to check. While annoying, you can't beat their pricing, so I suppose it's worth the wait.

inconsistent

the livechat was great but however if i hadn't contacted them i would have been scammed since they said my order was complete despite not having met up with me and delivered the gil we agreed upon so i had to contact livechat which hashed things out great agent helen was really good
