Poor food and service

Booked the Bistro for 6 pm. Very good salad starter but the main sirloin was so chewy and inedible- in fact uncooked in parts. On complaining the waiter was so rude and waved his hands around saying no one else was complaining!! Asked to see the bistro manager who agreed it was unacceptable behaviour and adjusted the bill accordingly. If you want to eat there go for the salad on its own. The remainder limited menu is rubbish. The chicken fillet was certainly not as stated a fillet. !!!

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.
We are sorry to hear that your experience in Bistroen wasn't satisfying. However, we can understand, that you did not wanted to get a new sirloin and that your partner did not complain about the chicken before after it was eaten. In that case, it isn't easy for our staff to do something about it - even though we would have wanted to.
Our main goal is to give our guests a good experience - and we appreciate all the feedback we can get:)
