Excellent Service and Quality. I had a very short window to receive a custom embroidered clothing item. NY Fifth was able to quote and help me through the ordering process. As if that wasn't enough, they shipped earlier than expected so i received my custom embroidered order earlier than expected. Their outstanding service and high quality made me the office hero in the C Suite!

Screwed me
Screwed me. I needed hats made by a certain date and put in my design and they responded with the wrong color so I put in another request for the correct color and it said I would get a response in a couple of business days but never got a response. Contacted customer service and no reply. Now it’s too late to order from another company because it’s too close to the date I need them by. So unprofessional I have to assume most of these reviews are fake.

Warm comfy and came fast.
Found sweatshirt in a store with logo on it. Loved them. They were soft warm and comfortable. I tracked it down and ordered them plain. They came in a very timely manner, really fast. Now I have multiple color options. Definitely would recommend to others.
