Gone is my fear of mechanics. I finally found a place to go where I'm treated with honesty, patience and respect. They diagnosed everything accurately the first time, were able to fix it for far less than I anticipated, and listened to and answered my millions of questions. So grateful to have a trustworthy and awesome mechanic in NYC!

I was told by a friend to go to Prestige auto shop in east Harlem to have my auto repair work done. My car was making a scraping noise when I stopped so I had my wife take it to Prestige for service. They checked the brakes and suggested replacement of my front brake pads and they were able to resurface my rotors instead of replace them. I am very happy with the way they treated her and we will be back for other auto repair in the future.

prestige auto shop truly takes the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be ordered/fixed. They tell you honest scenarios and give you advice as to what they would do in your situation.
We all know cars are expensive and stressful when things go wrong, so it is a breath of fresh air when you find a mechanic you can trust.... especially as a female!!

I was stuck in middle of Manhattan at 1:00 o'clock in the morning my car overheated and they were there faster then I ever imagined could be possible!! I could never describe how greatful I am!!!

Unfortunately my family broke down on the FDR Drive and Prestige was there to help. I explained my situation to the dispatcher , and it was like a breathe of fresh air to know that someone would take into consideration that my two children were with me. To my understanding that person made us a priority due to that fact. I'm very appreciative of this person and company for keeping my family immediately safe. Not only that back on the road some short time after.
