Great company however NY spins seized my money as my brother is signed up to gamstop. Despite sending my ID and
Bank statements they have refused to pay me my winnings. I would like to understand how to get my funds paid as I’ve never had this problem on other gambling platforms

Had a good win last week never had a problem a week after my win blocked my account for no reason no email to say why or anything id avoid them ive read that other people have add that same problem

Played a fair few gambling sites now but this has to be by far one of the best ...won some decent money and very quick withdrawals..overall what a great experience!

This company basically stole my deposit if £170, i made a genuine mistake by depositing with my phone bill and not being the main mobile phone account holder. Although I had full permission and explained that I wasn't aware of the rule they confiscated my money. At no time when you deposit via this method are there any pop ups that advise you of this and no checks prior to avoid customers losing money. There were other options less severe that they could have implemented but opted to take the harshest action which obviously benefitted them emmensley!! I would avoid this casino at all costs, they are not customer friendly and are just not fair.

As a new user, I reached out to support for help with my first withdrawal. Grace from Customer Support was wonderful and professional. I withdrew £125, and it appeared in my wallet instantly. I’m extremely happy.

Then I was banned me from playing slots until they did a review
.. review took 2 weeks and I was allowed to play
As soon as I deposit and try to withdrew they made me do a verification, which got approved for 2 days .
.I Then had to resend my proof of address and they checked manually and that took took a day.

But here is the worst.part... since November everytime i deposited, they took £1 to £2.50 , totalling over £224( also wont pet me withdrawit) , lucky I noticed it. They clearly broke the law , illegal and tried to deny it.
Took 2 days for them to refund me, I have taken this to resolve and as far as I can, if you have played this site, please check your deposits, they could have stolen off you

Would give 0 if I could. They let you play and spend money without verification but when it comes to withdrawing, you have no chance. They have transfer as withdrawal method but rejected this and asked me to verify my OUT OF DATE card which is expired! I explained an they have asked for verification which I have provided and emailed a few times now and suddenly no reply and can't withdraw. There is a warning that after 30 days you run out of time and they are dragging it out so I wont be able to get mt money out. Customer service are shocking too, they have no idea what you are saying and do not want to resolve it! I really believe the gambling comission should look into this company and how it is being run so may contact if others are willing too? This site will be shut down soon, not before I get my money I hope! Or I will be sharing with media and making sure it is shut down. Bloody thiefs, they will be posting their own fake reviews about quick withdrawals. Stay away!

It’s a scam do not play , bonus on bigger catch only paid 90p there is also a withdrawal limit of 20 so i couldn’t withdraw the ten because i knew i was about to lose it all .

Played on this site for just over a week,had no issues getting payed out and broke about even The issue I have is I don't stay with the same sites for long before I self exclude as you seem to do better after first joining a new site.After self excluding myself I noticed 2 of the deposits I made I had been charged twice for the same deposits,1 deposit showed Nyspins.com and the other showed Suprplay Ltd.For 2 deposits my bank showed 4 deposits and now I can't contact them as I'm self excluded.

Do not believe any of the reviews that say the withdrawal process is quick and or smooth.

They will put every barrier possible in the way to stop you withdrawing your funds to the point you will just give up.

These are fake reviews and they will ask for the same information over and over again, tell you they don't receive your information back. Your ID will pass verification and then they will say it needs to be done manually too. Bank statements, phone bills, ID you name it, they have it.

Please go onto the gambling commission and complain.

Nyspins send me an email to my registered email address saying could I send them my bank statement so I sent them 10 emails for my registered email address but they say they have not received any so I sent them an email from one of my other email addresses and they received it straight away and they email me back saying could I please email them from my registered email address so i did but they keep on saying they have not received any off my emails or my bank statement that was sent in a email. Please stay away from this company they are not good at all. I have been sending them emails from my registered email address from the 12th of December 2025 and they still have not received any. And i have money in my betting account as well.

I've been using this company for around 6 months. Yesterday 4th Dec 2025 I made a deposit, And then received a notification asking to provide i.d information, I explained i don't have this information and explained why. They refuse to give me my deposit back and will not reply to my emails which is the only way I can contact them. If they wanted this information they should ask before they take deposits especially if you can't get it back

Not even worth one star, do not deposit on here they are quick enough to take your money but over a week now been waiting for my withdrawal feel like this site is one big scam! Staff are very unhelpful and keep saying it can take upto 72 hours but b its been over that and all they say is sorryni will let our team know! Avoid with all costs... I should of read the other reviews first.

Please please stay away from this site as they will want the last hair on your back in order to try to get winnings. They are without doubt the worst ever casino. Happy to let you deposit without checks then get a win try to withdraw and they really try everything to bot pay you. Im now in process of going through legal action avoid avoid
