Found this to be among the worst I've used.. never got in front never had a feature in approximately 1000 spins but got 4 with my 10% cash back biggest feature was £6 .. i believe there is many other fairer game to play elsewhere..

And if that isn’t enough they change your stake.. you can be happily playing 50p a spin then notice for some reason it’s jumped to £2 per spin without your knowledge.

I have seen no evidence whatsoever that you can win on this casino. So can only base my review on that experience.

Use your brain and look at the positive reviews for this site.. they all have a picture.. they all have never left a review before and they all like each others reviews 😂 it’s pretty obvious they are fake reviews. While the negative review are people who have reviewed a lot of sites and speak the truth..

I'm in my 70s and recently spent time in hospital so mobility is not great. I spent the weekend at a friends who told me about NYSpins so on Sunday morning at around 7am I signed up.
I presume I was immediately verified automatically as I was permitted to deposit and play effective immediately.
I had no issues with the site or games and thoroughly enjoyed playing. At around 10am I had won £1500. I withdrew £1000 and left £500 to keep playing. Around 40 mins later my balance was at £2800 so I withdrew another £2500. I played with the last £300 and lost. I then made a few more deposits (totalling around another £300) and lost so decided to call it a day.

Withdrawals (totalling £3500) showed pending and there was up to 72hrs processing time. I use Paypal so the withdrawal itself should be instant.
I then checked my emails to discover that not only had I received no confirmation of my withdrawals but an hour after my 2nd withdrawal I was asked to verify my account but told I had 30 days to do this.

A little concerned with the timing of this (after withdrawing) I decided to look at reviews and I’ve not stopped panicking since.

My chat and help button on my account had been disabled so I couldn’t speak to anyone.

I emailed yesterday morning but have received no response.

It has taken me a while to get help with uploading my documents but I managed it yesterday evening. They have been accepted and my account says all caught up. I just don’t understand why NYSpins are delaying withdrawals over ID when the Gambling Commission have said this is not allowed. Why not do adequate checks BEFORE permitting people to deposit and gamble.

Even after the verification request by email, I was still permitted to deposit so why not process withdrawals?
The gambling commission was called yesterday and they have noted my concerns and said they will pass these through to the investigatory team. They have also asked me to forward as much evidence as I can through to them which I will do today. At 10am today it will be 72 hrs since I withdrew.

I never write reviews but I am a real person that is extremely anxious and stressed with delays and reading other users experiences. I promise to keep updating this so that users can see exactly what happens from here. I haven’t been able to sleep properly since Sunday and just hope I did not play a scam site....

*UPDATE 1* - Strange email response received from 'Dora' stating the following:
1. The chat availability on 'certain' accounts can depend on 'certain' internal factors.
2. After enhanced verification requests in 'certain' cases, users can still deposit within 30 days despite verification not being fulfilled - Dora avoided mentioning whether the same applied to withdrawals.
3. Their terms and conditions allow them to ask for extra documents to check identity,

I am confused as I already satisfied and passed their extra/ enhanced verification which was a struggle in itself.

*UPDATE 2* - Today the Gambling commission were sent all evidence of this casino's breach of their license condition 17.1.1. After this was sent (and NY Spins copied into the email), I received an email from somebody called 'Dora' - She explained that they were waiting for a selfie of me. None of my other issues were addressed adequately. No reasons/ excuses for allowing me to continue to deposit even now but not processing my withdrawals. I sent her the selfie within an hour. 4 hours later and still nothing despite it now being day 4 of my withdrawal being delayed. I created a complaint with ASKGamblers. Whatever you dom DO NOT sign up to the casino and if you are already a user I strongly advise you to stop playing. I will update again tomorrow.

IMPORTANT - The 5* Review above under the name Kiah is fake. Kiah has a public social media profile under the name Kiah Broadsmith and she resides in Melbourne Australia. Australia banned online casinos like NY Spins many years ago and it is not available there. The profile and review has been reported to Trust Pilot and I hope they look into some of these other quite obvious fake 5* reviews under NY Spins.

*FINAL UPDATE* - NYSpins finally paid my withdrawal (5 days after I made the request) but only after they were put under pressure from being potentially looked into by the gambling commission. SuprPLay is what I consider a scam casino that will do everything they can to avoid/ delay paying you your money. If you encounter an issue like I have, please report them to the gambling commission as the more people that report these crooks, the quicker the gambling commission will have to do something about it. I have closed and self excluded my account for the maximum possible time as I never want anything to so with SuprPlay Ltd again

Please take note of this review. I am one of the winners. I won £5,000 on 09/07.

I have had withdrawals prior to this and provided some documents and all were processed within 48 hours at most.

When I requested the £5,000 withdrawal, they requested further documentation, to which I provided the same day and it was confirmed this was all approved on 10/07 @16:48pm.

I became concerned when I hadn’t received my withdrawal and have contacted their live chat multiple times and emailed too. I receive nothing but AI generic responses and am told to be patient. I was then blocked and can no longer access my account.

Emails come back once every 24 hours and they confirmed to me I’d be paid within 72 hours of verification being approved, this would be 13/07 @16:48pm - GUESS WHAT, NO FUNDS RECEIVED.

It was then advised that a withdrawal would be completed within a maximum of 5 days, this would be 15/07 and again here we are today with no withdrawal received.

There is no concern from this casino and they have now stopped responding to emails.

Please avoid this casino at all costs because they’ll pay you out your small wins, but when it comes to actually winning something good, they’ll keep your money, block you and not respond to any correspondence.

Please don’t fall victim to these fake reviews. Remember, I am a winner and yet I still feel like I have lost!

Won a good amount more than I put in. Had no issue with withdrawal, first one said up to 72 hours but was in within 24hours, other withdrawal after that was pretty much instant. Gave good reminders for reality check and emailed to make sure I didn't need a deposit limit. 5 / 5

Incredibly poor, would not give me my withdrawal, emailed 18 times after they then blocked my account when I raised that I had not received them. Was told conflicting things and a very ‘what do you want us to do about it approach’ avoid at all possible costs unless you want to throw your money away - discusting

firstly all 5 star reviews are fake paid reviews you can see that from the 1 post only and fake profile pictures when using reverse imagine search. ill be passing my findings over to the GC for an audit on them due to various breaches of there licence. should be a nice fine incoming there way. As for my personal experience when using the site I can see more than they know and there completely unlegit cash dumping and back end teaking accounts if you know you know you ;) stay well away your money is lost before you even click the spin button trust me!

Well where do I start this casino seems worse than most and that's saying something as there all very bad recently, No RTP on slots only deposited around 400 on here never actually won anything as it is very hard to achieve a bonus on slots.
