I ordered 6 bottles of wine which arrived promptly however, when loosened only slightly, the cap of the first (and only one to date) bottle shot off like a champagne cork and the wine itself was, as you'd expect, undrinkable and not even fit for cooking with. OK, that happens every now and again but this retailer's immediate response was to offer a 10% discount on my next order meaning I'd have to open in excess of £100 with them to recover my loss on the dodgy wine they sent me. For me, the sign of a good, properly customer-focused retailer is how they respond when things go wrong. This retailer's response sucked and I will not be buying from them again.

Poor- bought one of the most expensive wines listed for a gift (delivered direct to them) vintage delivered totally different year to that ordered (not as good for cellaring) - only found out as the giftee sent me a thank you photo.
Vintage changes on this level of wine are important to know.
Not impressed.
