I ordered some bindings from them that were on closeout. Due to an error on the site, they didn't have these in stock. They notified me and actually gave me new model year bindings for the same price as a way to make up for the mistake. So basically I got 2013 bindings at the 2012 close out price! Awesome! Kept me as a customer.

I wanted to buy some North Face hoodies for my two daughters for Christmas, and I found the best price and selection at o2 Gear Shop. The site is easy to use, and the shipping was fast. The hoodies arrived as described--packed well....Overall, great experience--exceeded my expectations. FIVE STARS!!

O2gear shop has the best prices for the best brands. I bought Patagonia jackets at the lowest price posted anywhere.
Shipping was fast and during the holidays, that is something. The email notification was great. I could track my order and knew when to expect it.
I also like the web site. It is easy to search for what you want by size, activity, or type of garment. I would recommend them highly.

I was really pleased with the short amount of time it took to ship my item and the price literally could not be beat! I'll definitely shop here again.

The GoPro 3 black edition camera tt I ordered is awesome. O2 Gearshop answered my questions, shipped the item promptly and sent me coupons for $60 worth of additional items. I had to return one of the items, but the return was hassle-free and a new item was shipped immediately. I do agree with the other reviews about waiting a long time on the phone to reach a customer service rep, but it was the week before Xmas, so I'm sure the reps were very busy. I would definitely buy from this company again. They are prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. Great coupons, too!

I had been searching everywhere for the Breast Cancer Ribbon Denali North Face jacket for my wife. No one had it and if they did it was $180.00. I found it here at O2gearshop.com for $110!! Arrived in less then a week and I even received free shipping!!

Trust this company. I had some slow communication/shipping, but I knew when I ordered that it may take some time before the item shipped out. It clearly stated on the site, as well as on the order confirmation page, and on the email I received, that it would take 5~7 days for shipping. Coupled with the fact that I ordered on New Year's Day... However, I saved almost $150 off retail for my Arc'teryx Venta SV F12 jacket, and I love it. It was worth the wait.

I do have a friend that ordered a Patagonia R1 pullover, and it was listed as in-stock. He got his goods in about 3 business days total.

As a side-note, they charged me for my jacket right when I put my ordered through, even though it didn't ship for another ~8 business days. Not a big concern, just something to note.

Either way, if you've got time to wait, then order from these guys. You'll be happy you did when you save $$$ ;-)

Bought a TNF apex bionic jacket and it was in brand new condition, and shipping was super fast. Said would take 5-7 days for shipping but came even faster xD, would definitely shop here again.

I've ordered a couple of things from o2gearshop. Both orders were supposed to ship after 5-7 business days. In the first case, it took about that long, but the second order shipped the next day. I received emails when my order was placed and also when my order was shipped. I like that.

I looked everywhere for the best deal on a Women's North Face Osito jacket and o2gearshop.com saved the day! They came through almost $20 lower than their closest competitor, plus shipping was FREE! Customer service was great, too. Can't wait to order from them again!

I love my new The North Face Apex jacket. I ordered it in black and I look thin! AND I'm warm in it. This cold baby is very happy.

It takes a lot to get me to post a negative review however I feel like its needed. I understand its stated that there is a 5-7 day processing time but I also understand that "out of stock" merchandise should be communicated on the website, which mine was not. I was stoked on my new snowboard purchase, I even saved a few bucks, however I was immediately turned away when I was informed my credit card was charged in full yet the product needed to be ordered from the manufacturer, shipped to their facility, and then to me. C'mon, it's 2013. There's a faster, more customer intuitive action then what you have in place now. Get it to the customer as fast as you can if something like this happens! I just expect more from an online company and those expectations have not been met. I hope they turn things around.

I ordered a north face jacket for a family member from this site after finding that it was the cheapest price online. The item arrived very quickly (within 4 business days during the busy Christmas/New Years season!) and the jacket looked great! I would highly recommend shopping here!

Prior to ordering, the site informed me, in bold red letters that the product "Ships After 5-7 Business Days." -1 stars
I figured why not, I've never heard of this company before, but they offered free shipping, so I bit. +3 stars
As of today (Jan, 20th, 2013), it has been 11 days since I placed my order and my product has still not shipped. -2 stars
So, I got a little worried and I called the customer service number. There I spoke to a very snippy customer service rep. who reminded me of the 5-7 business day delay. She unapologetically informed me that my only option was to continue waiting. -4 stars

TL;DR: I probably won't order from o2gs again. I saved 20 bucks but it's been 11 days and my order still hasn't shipped.

Purchased a North face Khumba Jacket at a great price. Shipping was free. Delivery took more days than I expected. Good website with great prices.

Product prices are second to none, and the shipping was super fast. Will definitely do business with them again!!!
