Oak and Wood were excellent

Oak and Wood were seemingly the only place offering oak bollards for sale. I wanted to buy one to adapt as a watering post. They were excellent in helping me as I only wanted one and they seemingly only deliver larger orders at £250 delivery cost. I asked if they could help on delivery and they were happy for me to arrange my own DPD collection of the oak bollard and were magnificent in sorting that out. Many thanks to Jan (I think). Great comms and really friendly - the small companies treating all customers well no matter how small (like me) are to be admired. The oak bollard is fantastic - I’m really pleased with it.

Great job all round.
