Superb quality furniture and delivery process very efficient. A huge amount of packaging to get rid of - would have been far better if the units could have been unpacked by the delivery guys and the packaging taken away. Also, disappointing after-sales service so far - I cancelled my warranty cover one week ago and I'm still waiting for the refund!
