The product is fine but not impressed with the service. Ordered in June, expected delivery August. Notified a week before delivery delayed a month. Went on web site where it said delivery was a week. Rang to query why I was having to wait a further 5 weeks but if I bought that day would get it on a week. Customer services said new stock had come on but they weren't informing people like me who were waiting . Had to ask for an earlier date as it wasn't offered. Delivery was made 2 weeks earlier than second date. Asked for a good will gesture such as an upgrade on delivery from doorstep to room. Customer services said they couldnt make goodwill gestures . Thought this was the whole point of customer services?
