We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

Sales assistant was great only started with the company 2 weeks ago.
Explained everything to us regarding the payments , delivery and after care assistance.
The store was lovely to walk around, no one pouncing on you or following you , just let us browse, not like some stores I have been in before.

Some assembly required
I was expecting the table I bought to be fully assembled. The middle shelf needed resting on 4 small brackets. Two of the holes for inserting the brackets were not deep enough and had to be drilled out. The shelf itself was not exactly sized which results in unsightly gaps at each corner.
After a prompt response from Oak Furniture the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Excellent furniture
We’ve recently bought 5 pieces of furniture from Oakfurniture Land with another 2 pieces due to arrive on Wednesday. The furniture is attractive and well made. We opted for a ‘scandi’ type design which fits in well.
Purchasing was easy. We bought the first three items in store and were confident to buy the rest online.
They delivered when they said they would and all items were well packaged.
I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from them again.
