We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

Welcomed at the store
Welcomed at the store, left to browse at our leasure. Order arrived on the day we arranged. Delivery went smooth and care was taken with the furniture. Only down side I can see is after spending all that money was getting charged per piece for delivery. Was going to order a nest of tables but delivery charges put us off.

We’re sorry for the concern regarding our delivery charges. It sounds as though there may have been some misinformation around this. We only charge one delivery fee per order, rather than per item. The only time multiple delivery charges would apply is if separate orders are placed for different items.

When we visited the Merthyr Tydfil branch the staff were helpful but we didn’t feel any pressure to buy. They left us to browse at our own pace which was lovely.

I love my new furniture but I still…
I love my new furniture but I still don’t have the stool which I am sure I ordered and they claim didn’t go on order so a mistake somewhere and now to order I have to pay another fee for delivery which I don’t want to do so bit disappointed with customer care

Good products, excellent delivery service
Furniture (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelf unit) all look great and seem robust enough to cope with anything my son can throw at it. It was well worth paying the extra for the assembly service. An agreed date/timeslot and a call on the day 30 minutes before they arrived. Everything put together properly and all the packaging taken away afterwards. Made it a stress free experience.
