I have just bought a pavement scooter from Oakham mobility centre. I have received excellent service. Ordering my scooter was a pleasure due to friendly helpful staff. The scooter came on time in perfect condition and at an unbeatable price. Many thanks.

Contacted Oakham Mobility two weeks ago as I was thinking of upgrading my mobility scooter to a much better one, TGA Vita Sport, as my health had declined a lot recently and my old scooter was no longer up to it.
Rang them up and spoke to Crystal and Catherine about it, I had done my homework and knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to talk too with no high pressure sales talk or any BS.
They had a great price on the scooter I wanted but came up with an even better price with a little haggling, including free delivery to my door.
The whole experience from begining to end was great, very patient and understanding people willing to go the extra mile for the disabled customer unlike some companies.
Now I turn heads while zipping about on my stylish thoroughly modern looking TGA Vita Sport, thank you Crystal and Catherine for turning a stressful decision during Covid 19 lockdown shielding into a stress free great deal for me.
I can't recomend these people highly enough, if you want a new scooter or any other equipment because of your disability then don't waste time going to anyone else go onto their website and give them a call you won't be disapointed I wasn't.

Purchased a mobility scooter for my disabled wife it stopped working after only four months I phoned to ask what they would do about repair they asked if I had taken out breakdown cover with them I said why do I need breakdown cover when the scooter is only four months old and still under guarantee their reply was I lived to far away for them so they could not come and look at it I asked if I could take it into a local mobility shop near me they said if I did I would have to pay the shop for any repair I rejected this and they said the trouble is with you people like you buying cheap ( I do not consider £600+cheap) on the internet along way away I said I did not buy it on the internet I bought it on he phone from them they said I should have been sold the breakdown cover even though it was guaranteed I was not told about the breakdown cover they said they would look into it and get back to me they put the phone down and I have heard nothing more from them.
They are selling products to people along way from them then blaming the buyer for buying from them if something goes wrong with it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIVE NEXT DOOR TO THEM

I wanted to phone to ask a question after my scooter arrived
They were 10 out of 10 when I phoned and got back to us ASAP and sorted what we wanted to know
They kept us informed from the word go from when the product was delivered to them and picked up from them and when it would be delivered to me
Arrived safely on the day we were told
The driver asked where I wanted it put, as it was a large box
I asked for it to be brought up to the door for me on the pallet and he helped my husband lift it in the doorway and took the pallet away
There is nothing I could fault with this company
I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ANYTIME AND I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN
