Avoid! Wish I’d read reviews before …

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering £50’s worth of cupboard door handles which never turned up. Telephone number goes to a Lyca mobile answer service and emaili sent bounced back as undeliverable. I bought using my credit card card so will try and claw back my money through consumer protections but an unwanted hassle and waste of time. If you’re not sure (!) all these negative reviews are genuine just try calling this company to talk to them - you’ll see! Avoid!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. Despite having proof from Royal Mail that items have been returned back to Oakhurst Interiors, they will not acknowledge return and issue a refund. From the reviews it appears that they never refund money or respond to emails.

Please whatever you do don’t purchase

Please whatever you do. Do not order from Oakhurst.
If you have a return they do not reply, poor communication.
Iam still waiting on a refund 3 weeks and no response.
Very poor response.
Also the home disconnected and no phone number which indicates such a lot.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM- LONG READ

Ordered drawer knobs from them 23rd july, did not hear from them so on the 31st July I emailed them to say I would like a refund as I had had no communication from them and I read the reviews after - phone line disconnected. That day they sent me a shipping update and the items turned up. I emailed 2nd August for a VAT invoice. Great, until I realised I needed bigger knobs so filled out a form on the website to request a refund, didn't hear back. After checking everything was fine to return, I realised they had only sent 9 knobs instead of the 10 I ordered. I emailed again (5th August) to let them know this and further request a refund to which this email was also ignored I emailed again on the 9th August to ask if anyone had seen any of my emails and then again on the 13th August for an update-no reply. When I initially requested a refund as they hadn't communicated or shipped they sent them straight away- as I later found out with 1 missing. I wonder if I had actually used them if I would of ever got the 1 they didn't send. But as soon as you request a refund- crickets. It seems they bank on people not bothering if they ignore them for long enough as its too much hassle to get a refund for 40 quid!!!!! Do not buy from them

Company not responding.

Have ordered twice from this company before with no problem. Good quality shelf brackets, reasonably priced and delivered in good time.
However, the brackets I ordered at the beginning of July have not arrived. I've tried emailing and telephone but no reply.

Do they really exist?

Like the last review I read I would like to give 0 for customer service .

Placed the order on the 25th February and have heard nothing!

Chased my order last week and no response to my email.
I tried calling this morning after I searched for a phone no and it has been disconnected.

Filled out the online form and still no response.

Is this a scam

No way Jose

I give one start because I can’t give 0. Horrible customer service, I bought some kitchen handles on the 10 March, after one week waiting I send an email, they didn’t reply, wait 3 days and send Another email, no acknowledgment what so ever.
Likely it was just a samples and not the whole order.
They took my money until now I haven’t received the goods not reply email.
Avoid this company, whatever good review you think they have it is fake.
