I love the ability to customize the colours. The delivery timeline on this very quick. Unfortunately, the colour of the frame I ordered looked a bit different on the website's customizer rendering. I was looking for a lighter grey frame. What was delivered was closer to black. I'd be interested to know if they have a lighter grey option in the future.

The sunglasses that I bought has small scratches on the lense area.My husband decided to keep it because it was my Wedding Anniversary gift for him and he said "The scratches doesn't really bother him".I just hope someone will check on the quality of the product before sending.I am just a little dissapointed especially it was my first purchase with Oakley.

Horrible customer service. Been a loyal oamley customer for almost 20 years. Customer service used to be great but its very appearant them being bought out has tanked their customer service. Bought meta vanguards and they stopped working after a few months. Can't get warranty replacement in store. They want me to send old pair back, wait 14 days after they receive warranties pair before they send replacement and they can't even replacement them with the same color options. So wait a month and a half without my only pair of sunglasses to get a replacement pair that isn't even the pair I bought. Never buying oakley products again.

False representation. The "red iridium lens" are more: blue lens. Not what I was expecting.

Quick, easy, and it only took a week.

I keep having to call support because my prescription was under review for a few days which in turn caused delays. I was hope to have my new glasses by my trip and they did not make it.. They would have made it but Oakley chose to use CHEAP USPS for shipping and not UPS. I have used Oakley for year but business has changed so maybe time to fine something else.

Experience is as always excellent, company is doing a great job in being promp with their fast service.
Overall my product received is great, beutiful finish on the ghost frame, Im very pleased with my product. Thank you to all who work hard to keeping the company thriving.
