My experience with Oakley
My experience with Oakley has been outstanding. I’m truly satisfied with my new glasses — the frame feels premium, the lenses are crystal clear, and the overall quality is amazing. I never imagined that simply having my prescription would be enough to get the exact Oakley frame I wanted (my favorite brand) and receive the lenses directly from Oakley’s own lab. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the whole process exceeded my expectations.

Custom glasses were crafted and delivered in less than a week's time. Very happy with delivery and glasses look great.

I gave them two chances
I gave them two chances, and I regret it. I bought my first $160 pair, and the frames broke while changing lenses. No support offered, even under warranty. Then I bought a second pair. SAME PROBLEM. They only offered that I could buy another pair at a discount. Are you kidding? Total s**t product and horrible customer service.
UPDATE:
They made a response below to cover their image but the bottom line is that I’m making this review after repeatedly asking customer service to replace the frames and they said they won’t.

The frame had one arm that was very loose and the lenses were not what i ordered (i ordered prescription transition lenses with mirror finish and i got standard non polarized prescription lenses). Plain rip off.
