My broker always attend my needs on time. She Often ask my concern and answer my queries. Frequently organise recognition and app reaction event. That is why I traded using Oanda for 23 years.

The virtual help quickly prompt for a customer service officer to attend. The officer was helpful and the issue was resolved expeditiously.

I traded live account with small capital (as they say no minimum deposit required) to test out the trading platform as demo account was unavailable, first 3 trades on AUD/SGD was successfully opened and closed. Another day when I tested the platform again I was unable to open trade with even 0.01 trade size and was asked to add more deposit. Deposit doesnt instantly go to trading account as it takes days before you see the drposit balance on trading account. I may say how the platform work is quite different when compare to other commonly used MT4 trading platforms. Considering all these downsides on testing, finally I withdrew my money back instead of deposting more.

OANDA is great because:
1. It allows immediate deposit/withdrawal with ease.
2. It allows trading on the go with its mobile app as well as algorithmic trading with its APIs.
3. Spreads are competitive for some products that I look at.
4. It conducts daily market updates (Daily Dose) and useful webinars for its clients.
5. It has great RMs e.g. Gwen that are always cheerful and ready to help.
6. It organizes great events e.g. CNY dinners for clients.

attended Leap High Seminars for 2 consecutive years. Kelvin's insights are very valuable and has helped me gain a better understanding of the trading landscape. The team of relationship managers are always so hospitable during events, and are never shy to assist me in my queries. Highly recommend Oanda not just as a brokerage platform, but for the hardwork and dedication of the relationship managers as well!

Oanda trading platforms provide great functionality and easy to use.
