I have been dealing with and have been a customer of Orange & Lemons HiFi since 2018. My first experience was with
the audition and purchase of the excellent ATC SCM40 loudspeakers, I was left to spend as much time as I liked to listen properly, trying out different styles of music with the collection of CDs I had brought with me, accompanied by in house provided coffee and biscuits!
Recent visits have resulted in further purchases of Exposure pre and power amps.
I was given an extremely good trade in price for the latest preamp and am looking forward to the same when Exposure’s new power amp
appears.
The shop staff are ALL extremely helpful, friendly and prepared to go the extra mile
for their customers, always keeping us up to date regarding forthcoming deliveries and developments by phone and email.

I've dealt with Oranges & Lemons over many years and the service has always been excellent. My most recent encounter was for Oranges & Lemons to help design, source and install the AV system for our house renovation. They were extremely helpful and pragmatic about re-using equipment I already owned where appropriate and even buying some items from other suppliers where the price was more competitive. The whole process was very well handled, even through the difficulties caused by the pandemic.

It deals mainly in high end HiFi equipment.
I visited the store back in 2018 to investigate and audition a recommended pair of loudspeakers. The listening room was well set up and the staff on hand exemplary with their patience to allow me three hours plus to go through a stack of CDs which I had brought with me for the audition, also excellent cups of coffee provided during the listening session!
I was most impressed by the speakers tested and purchased a pair on the same day,
Second big Plus for Oranges & lemons is their superb after sales service.
Just before last Christmas, a fault was detected in the one of the speakers' bass unit. Without questioning, a van was dispatched to my home in early January to pick up the speaker which was taken off for testing and repair and returned with a brand new bass unit a fortnight later, more than honouring the 6 year warranty.
Well done chaps!
