Absolute Joke
Giving them one star is being generous. I ordered a pair of shoes I wanted for my 21st birthday on the 14th of May and paid express shipping as I needed by the 27th of May. I had no tracking email and had to chase them up and asked them to cancel the order as I would have to get shoes from elsewhere. To this email they responded immediately saying that the shoes had already been shipped so they could not cancel, and sent me tracking. The tracking stated that the shoes had been sent THAT DAY which was the 22nd of May - 8 days after I had paid for them express.
I told them I did not want the shoes and they said I could send back for a refund if I followed the policy. I was annoyed but still followed the policy which said that I had to send through a form and wait for a response before sending back the product. I sent the returns form via email to them on the 8th of June and have not got a single word of contact back from them, despite sending another 4 emails. I know exactly where this is headed - once 30 days is up they will contact me and say this is out of the returns period and can't return it. This is an absolute joke of a website and I am seriously pi**ed off. I paid almost $80 including postage and am still expecting my money back. Would love to report this shop to someone as it is the biggest fraud I have come across - absolute bullsh*t.
Anyone know how I can bypass them and go to someone higher to get my money back?

No Refund
Canceled an order for a bridesmaid dress and was told through email my money would be refunded within 5 days but as you can guess, I have not received a dime. I have repeatedly tried to reach someone at this company but the phone number doesn't work and the "online chat" is fake. I have left multiple messages and even reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I am looking to take legal actions with my brother who's a lawyer. Company is a total fraud, do not trust them!

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. They respond quickly and work hard to make you a happy customer. I ordered a dress from them it ran to small and they did everything they could to make it right. I paid $21.55 for the dress they refunded me $15 and just asked me to keep the dress. I am very pleased with their service :)
Fake website from China
Fake website from China! Shipping took almost a month and clothing was complete crap! Got two knock off, ugly, cheap jumpsuits for $40! Waste of money. Chinese need to be banned from selling on the Internet. Scamming little thieves.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for christmas that arrived on time according to the tracking given to me. Unfortunately we had our mail stolen the night it arrived. We were very upset and contacted Oasap the following day. We emailed our problem back and forth with Heidi who was WONDERFUL! They sent us a new dress free of charge and my daughter loved it! Great customer service!

ordered two bikinis??
Over a week ago i ordered two bikinis off your website. Normally websites, for peace of mind will atleast email you thanking you for placing your order and or says that my tracking number will be given to me within the next few days. This website hasnt emailed me anything at all and it makes me feel like i paid for nothing. Im sure this isnt the case but its been a while and havent heard anything from you guys.
Don't even know where my dress is.
I orders my dress 3 weeks a ago and i was wonder where it was in the process of being shipped i wasn't able to track it. I went on their live chat and asked where my dress was and they still haven't answered. I also emailed them but still no answer.
Bad Company
This experience was the absolute worse. I placed my order and everything seem to be fine and the money came out of my account. Something came up so I no longer needed the dress. I attempt to get on the website multiple times and everytime it tells me the website is down. Well after about 1 week of trying I was finally able to get on to request a refund since the dress didnt even ship yet. I get an email back stating that the refund is being processed. 5 days pass and I go to get on to check the status of the refund and what do you know I can't get back on the website so now I have no clue if im getting the refund.
I STILL don't have my dress
I need my dress for ball which is this Friday and I ordered the dress on January 1st. It is now January 28th and it doesn't even say that it has shipped yet. I paid for express shipping and my order came out to $90. I am very upset that it has taken so long, and after contacting customer service, I've gotten no reply. When I called the phone number associated with their Instagram, somebody who didn't speak English answered the phone and said she would "call me back". I am very dissatisfied with this service and if I don't get it by Friday, I expect a full refund, including shipping costs.
Lovely Christmas present
I am giving 4 stars only because my daughter was really pleased with the coat I ordered as a Christmas present. However, like others, the shipping experience was very frustrating. Despite ordering a month before Christmas, and paying for express delivery, the parcel was not received until 6th January! This was very disappointing . Jenny at Oasap customer services was responsive and it seemed that it was the courier(Hermes) who were at fault. The parcel reached England in plenty of time and I received regular tracking updates to that point. Once in the hands of Hermes, it was a different matter. Hermes were very unco-operative and I suggest you change your courier Oasap.

My name is Kayla and I ordered a dress for prom that is in a month. I paid for the fast shipping extra $15 for this dress and I made the order almost 2 weeks ago. It's reall aggravating. I want it to hurry and get here so I can try it in and buy accessories with the dress.
The Dress Incident
My review of this website would have originally been much lower because of my order expierence. I placed an order for a navy colored dress in November, and in December, when it arrived it was black. As I was very close to the date I needed to wear my dress, I panic and contacted customer service via live and my correct order was sent express shipping the same week. I'm leaving this review because despite the original incorrect order, I was treated kindly by the customer service advisor, and my express shipment dress arrived in perfect time. I was even given the mistake dress as a gift! This website may have flaws as everything does, but they truly came through for me, and I hope they can do the same for someone else.
No problems at all
I placed my order before looking at the reviews. I thought I probably wouldn't receive my sweater.
However....I and delighted to say that it arrived within 3 weeks. I know it had to come from China. I absolutely love the sweater. I did hope it would arrive before Christmas but it didn't. This does not worry me at all as I now have a beautiful sweater to wear next Christmas.
The quality is remarkable.
