It's been 3 months since I ordered and it got lost in the mail

I'm very upset and a want a refund as soon as possible. on August I ordered from you store and it's November and I checked out whats going on in track17 and it said that it was EXPIRED that it was lost.

I don't recomend this strore.

Wrong tracking number& no delivery

I ordered a dress through Sears and i got a wrong tracking number. I called Sears and they said that their system shows that the item is delivered and i got nothing!!!

Still no order after 6 weeks - Don't Buy from Them

I ordered my items in September - It's November I've still not received my order and I want a refund. I attempted to track my order - was told 2 days ago it was due to be delivered and it's still not here. Finally spoke to Heidi thru live chat where she tried to convince me to wait a few more days. I refused and insisted for a refund. She said they issued a refund but it would take up to 15 days to see the credit. why does that not surprise me - Don't place an order with this company.

Have not received my item!

Do not! I repeat Do Not waste your money on this website they will take your money and you will wait forever for your item. I ordered only 1 item from this website on October 4th I received confirmation it was shipped on the 6th well based off my tracking number my 1 item made it to the post office in china on the 10th GUESS WHAT?! IT'S STILL THERE!!!! ...today is the 31st and my package still have not moved!!!!!!! I spoke to a rep a week or so ago who told me I should have my package in a week well no I don't have it because it's still in China!!!!!! So much for me wearing this dress to my friends wedding in November because I probably won't get it in enough time. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !

I'm Happy!

Last week was my first time to order from Oasap. I placed my order then read the reviews and got a little worried I made a mistake in ordering from them. But I got my order today on time and I have to say "I'm HAPPY!" It is super cute, fits great and was perfect for the price!!! I would order from them for sure. I'm and XS usually order a small thats all they had and fits perfect keep that in mind. Good luck shopping!!!

Don't order from these s***** a** people at Oasap

You guys are the s*******establishment and I can't believe I still haven't received my refund from f****** April. Every time I email it's "oh we haven't received your order yet, but we'll refund you when we get it." Really it's been six f****** months.

no status on tracking number

I ordered a few dresses because your return policy said I could return them with original packaging (not worn) if they did not work out. I need them by Wednesday and ordered them this morning and still have not received any tracking number. I have emailed the company and had no contact from them at all!!! I want to cancel my order!!!

RIP OFF!!!!!!!

Returns have to be mailed to China even though they have a US address listed on their webpage. Dress is cheap quality, and to return it to China the postage is more than I paid for the dress! I was offered a $2 credit to keep the dress when I first requested a return authorization and then a $3 credit when I complained about the return process. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You'll be sorry!!!!

Do Not Buy From Them!

THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE BELOW. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE FORMS COMPLETED AND READY. WHAT IS THE ADDRESS WHERE THEY GET SENT ALONG WITH THE CLOTHING ITEMS I WANT TO RETURN? I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE EMAIL ADRESS YOU HAVE LISTED AND I HAVE NOT REVEICED ANY REPLY. I HAVE CHECKED SPAM AND TRASH FOLDERS. LIVE CHAT DOES NOT WORK EITHER. IT ALWAYS SAYS BUSY! PLEASE RESPOND HERE WITH ADDRESS.

I have placed two orders and have a few items from each order that i want to return and I submitted requests from the website and i also emailed and tried calling and live chat but no one ever got back to me nor was I able to reach anyone. I have continually checked my email including all my folders; inbox, trash and spam folders.
I simply want the address for sending the return items to, please list it here in your response to this review. This address is not listed anywhere on the website, which in my opinion is done on purpose to make returns extremely difficult if not impossible even though the website says items are refundable if returned within 45 days.

Where is my order?

I had selected express shipping for an extra $15.00 so that my order would be delivered within 3-7 days. It has been 6 days since I have ordered from OASAP and I havent been given a tracking number yet. Every time that I go to their website and click on my orders it still says preparation in progress. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I paid $15.00 for express shipping and I still have not received my clothes. I have tried sending emails and I have not received any response and I also tried calling the number that they have under "contact us" and no one answers that phone number either. I am extremely upset with this company. DO NOT ORDER BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY.

No contact.

So far I wouldn't say it has been a bad experience as Im not too sure yet but it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone at this company. LiveChat always is offline. Have left numerous messages along with emails. I would appreciate a contact back, or someone to answer the phone. Placed an order a week ago and nothing has shown up. I am a little concerned but unfortunately, I do not have a tracking number as one was never sent.

Worst online shopping experience

I placed my order on Aug. 11. Since their website did not mention its measurement, I ordered my regular size, small. But later when I checked their site with my ipnone, there was measurement ( I guess webpage on computer and mobile version are different), I realized that I should have ordered size Medium. So within 6hours after I placed my order, I tried to reach someone to inform my changing in order by live chat, phone, messge box and email to customer service again and again and again. Each time I left a message. However, I couldn't get in touch with anyone. NOBODY had tried to reach me. I spent all day and next day as well just to try to change my order in vain. Very, very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Now, I got an automated message saying that my order has shipped. Am I getting all 4 skirts in size small? Or did they receive my message and sending me them in medium? I have no idea!!! If they send me those in small, do I have to pay postage to send them back for exchange? Even I try to avoid that would happen? They said if you have a question or concern about the order, contact them as soon as possible. And I did but NOTHING WORKED. Their customer service doesn't seem exist.

Order is not received for over a month

I made an order on June 26th. The given tracking number shows that the order was delivered. I didnt receive it, and when asked for a proof of delivery i got no reply to my emails. Adding to that no answer to the customer service number nor the live chat. I have been cheated.
