I understood I was taking a risk ordering from here but I was pretty happy when my item arrived. It only took about 10 days (I'm from Riverside county, CA). And look, these items are shipping from China or whatever so yeah you're gonna have to order a size up. No big deal. The shipping was free. The price was cheap. The quality was like just like something you'd get at forever 21. I'm satisfied enough. I'd order again.

I received my purchase which was the "Fashion Suede Creepers" and they were great but a little too small. So I sent them a mail to ask for an exchange with the same shoes but the size 40. They didn't answered.
I sent them the mail another time but I still don't get any response so I'm a little disapointed.
Still hoping they'll answer my mail and I'll be able to exchang the shoes...

I would not order from here ever again - save your money and frustration! The item I ordered was much smaller that posted size, I actually think it was labeled wrong. My choices were to ship it back (pay for overseas shipping) and wait for a refund OR take a $3 refund ( on a $+20 purchase) or take a $6 merchandise credit (on merchandise that will no way fit). So I just as well should have burned by money....dealing with them is like dealing with a fantasy world. Unrealistic - waste of your money. You've been warned!

The first order never arrived, but after a few e-mails (very quick reply time, by the way!) sorted it out. Sadly the shirt I wanted was out of stock, but I got offered to get it resent free of charge, only if I pick a different one. Took about a month to arrive.
The quality is pretty good, though one of the rings broke very quickly. I would order again.

I actually came here to check the reviews in regards to their fashion blogger program to see if it was just me that was scammed but I guess not. I would like to add on to that because I was supposed to receive a payment of around $65 or I could have used that credit on stuff from their website but they suddenly decided to deduct it from my account and suspend my cooperation. I've sent multiple emails, all which they did not respond to. My posts brought them a ton of traffic considering some which have gotten over 8,000 reposts. Thanks a lot, OASAP.

This was my second time order from Oasap. It took a little bit shorter period than the first order (3 weeks to delivery to United State). I am very blessed that the quality is quite good but not perfect. I received the item with a small cut, I sent the picture attached with an email to prove. The customer service is the best ever, the response was so quick and they refunded the next couple of days. I don't need to send it back at all.

I ordered several belts, they arrived and matched the pictures and were fine. I ordered several dresses, The dresses were disappointing. The style of the dresses were as pictured but the material was described as polyester / spandex but it turned out to be a shiny cheap looking polyester. The items took 5 wks to arrive and come from China, so the cost of returning the items is prohibitive, so I will end of giving the dresses to Goodwill. Also, remember to use a credit card that does not charge you an exchange fee as you are dealing with China.

Your clothes run too small for the average American woman, some of the items I have ordered I can't even fit into but I keep them anyway so I don't have to deal with shipping it back since your delivery time is way too long one time I waited 2 months for an item to arrive. However your prices are great if only I could get the clothes to fit properly.

This order took over a month to be delivered. I even asked if I could pay for faster shipping and they said no. Wasn't a good experience!

Very nice Tank Dress, I love it.

I ordered one dress from this website and 3 weeks later I never received it. I also started noticing some weird charges to my account from other online websites that I have nothing to do with. Charges of $90+. Do not shop here unless you are okay with getting your credit card info stolen.

I've been buying from Oasap on and off for the past few years, needless to say, this is one of those Asian discount clothing site.
But it's time to break the stereotype now, that product quality has improved dramatically in the past few years, yet the price is still very competitive, I would suggest my friends to this site without hesitation nowadays, so should you, give it a try and you won't regret it;)

I have ordered of OASAP 3 times. Not small orders either. My average order size is about 8 items. The only problem I have ever had was when I ordered just before christmas and my order was taking longer than my two previous orders to update and I e-mailed them asking about shipping. They quickly notified me that they had a large amount of holiday orders to catch up on but my order was shipped out. I think I ended up receiving that order about a month after I initially ordered it, but with free shipping I can't really complain.

I live in the UK and the pricing on the site is about the same as Primark if not better, the quality is about the same (for any of you in the UK wondering about a quality comparison). I think its an obvious thing when buy from a site offering such constantly low prices to expect the quality to not be the same as the picture on the site, though so far I haven't received a single product that has broken or been 'bad quality'. I brought a pair of high waisted denim shorts in my first order that i prefer over my urban outfitters ones as well as a kimono in my most recent order that I have worn at-least 4 times a week since I have received it. Also a wonderful wide brimmed felt hat that I am about to order another of which was better quality that the £40 one i was eyeing up in topshop.

So far i've had good experiences with the company, I wouldn't say completely ignore the negative reviews, i'm a bargin hunter and in my mind i'm prepared to potentially get a naff product i the process. But I have been sick of only being able to buy a few clothes with my pay check every month from high street shops. I like to have options when I look in my wardrobe, I obviously have items like disco pants and skinny jeans that I wont sacrifice quality for price, but oasap is a great way to pad out my wardrobe.

I like their dresses, but quality isn't nice as i expected.

I ordered a bunch of clothes online for a very little cost. When the clothes arrived i could immediatly see that the quiality of the clothes was NOT what i expected. Both the type of fabric that was used and the actual quality of the fabric were dissapointing. I did not feel like the pictures of the clothes showed how the clothes acutally looked. Secondly the size of the clothes was totally off. I ordered five blouses in a size medium and only one fit. The rest of the clothes I asume ranged from a XS to a L. When i contacted the company to return the clothes i was given the option to get a gift certificate (like I am ever going to by anything from them again), to get a small discount of my purchase and then keep it or to send all the items back to China, which would cost me almost the same as the clothes.
All in all, a really dissapointing experience.

It's a fashion coat, not warm winter jacket and does its job perfectly. Actually very warm for a fashion jacket and it fits perfect. I love it!

I ordered a skirt, a sweatshirt and a pair of over the knee socks, everything was perfect, package arrived perfectly in three weeks (free shipping so it's okay if it takes some time.) The sweatshirt was nice and the printing was good, the skirt was really cute and the socks are amazing and warn, plus really comfortable too!

This Website is a scam dont shop here. My friends order several things from here including a bit of make up. they sent of the make up but i took serveral months and they did not sent over the clothes. DONT SHOP HERE EVER

When I made my order they said that I would receive it in 7 days (which is rather impressive, especially since the shipping was free) but it did not and took 2 weeks. It was fine by me but just be careful about that. Also when I tried to check where my order was, they gave me a link to the Chinese "Air Mail" website which was not very helpful...
Otherwise I'm really happy with the quality of the clothes and they fit me perfectly.
So I would recommend buying clothes on this website, just be careful about the shipping.

You have no idea how much you have just crushed my 13 years daughter. She was very nervous about wearing a dress. She has not been to a dressy event. Tonight she was invited to a dinner and was excited to dress up. She is a self conscience young girl who has not worn a dress in two years. She was telling everyone about this dress she ordered from you and was so excited to wear it. It was the only dress was the one she wanted after hours of shopping. When we order the dress form Oasap it clearly stated on the website express shipping that cost a lot extra $15 would get us the dress in 3 - 6 business days. Today is the 6th business day since we ordered it!! You have not even shipped it ??!! You lied to us? Why? You have cruelly teased my daughter, with hopes and promises her dress would be here today.
Unless you can make this right, which I have little hopes you will even care. We will no longer shop with you. We will also spread the word you are not a trustworthy website to do business with.
