Bought a sunroom and assembling the sunroom now. Unfortunately, found an item was sent wrongly. I could not go forward until the problem is solved. Send an email 4 days ago, no reply so far yet. Called, no one picked up my call and asked to leave contact number. I did. I am a bit frustrated. If nothing had been wrong, I should have finished assembling the sunroom at the past weekend.

Let me just start by saying that Oasisgardening.co.uk have high quality items at competitive prices (hence my purchases)…and I know, because I always check to the n’th degree 😂 In the rare event that our order was not as expected (such as the last where a garden ornament for my elderly Mum arrived damaged), then Oasis customer service have been amazing, and provided a full refund after proof was provided. Customer service that went above and beyond all expectations for me. This allows me to assure complete confidence when ordering from them. I usually use Amazon for most things due to the confidence I have in their customer service. I rank Oasisgarening.co.uk even higher than Amazon for genuine customer care. On many items Oasis has more competitive prices, a wider range, and a speedy dispatch, and now a proven excellent post-sales experience with a personal touch. I highly recommend and will continue to shop with them. Order quality items with confidence!

Fantastic customer service from Oasis, other sellers should take note. I ordered an item and then changed my mind, there was no quibbling and I was advised by the company that I should just refuse it when Royal Mail tried to deliver and let them know when I had done that. They didn't even wait to receive it back but issued the refund as soon as I refused it from Royal Mail - including postage. Good customer service is everything to me and I will use them again. Recommended!

We purchased a garland professional propagator from oasis, though out of stock he managed to source one from the manufacturer. Communication was excellent and very professional. Very good price for the item and he kindly despatched on next day delivery at no extra cost to make up for the delay. Highly recommend. Thank you Graeme

I ordered a garden ornament on 31st October, and paid for next day delivery. Received confirmation of the order next day. Waited until today, no delivery or notification . Emailed them to complain . An hour later it arrived without warning. Then I received an email . No apology of any kind . I did however received a refund of £1.50 . I didn't know wether to laugh or not. Amazing . I would much rather have had an apology . I'm off now to spend my £1.50 . Whilst writing my review, l received an apology. Thank you ☺️

I'd never heard of Oasis Gardening before I searched online for a product I'd seen in a local garden center, and which was listed on the Oasis Gardening website at several pounds less, AND free delivery. Placed the order on Wednesday afternoon, and it was delivered by DHL early on Friday afternoon. Now that's what I call service. I haven't yet unpacked the product - a GroZone Max growhouse - but don't expect to find anything untoward. Very pleased with the Oasis customer service.

I just live my flamingo's in the garden. The Garden decorations are so reasonably priced and lovely quality. Item packed well plus speedy free delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this company.

Smart garden Marylebone Station wall clock with thermometer, does not work correctly and the clock keeps very poor time.It is not fit for purpose

Ordered a garden arch from Oasis Gardening and after comparing prices for the same arch, they were the cheapest I could find including free delivery. The arch turned up about two days later - great fast delivery! Would definitely use again.
