I ordered a scanner with BMW software, it arrived quickly and although without software, I was given clear instructions on how to download it and was able to install the software without problem.
A short while later, I needed VW software to register a new battery on my wife's Golf.
Having ordered it, I was given the authorisation in good time given the difference in time zones between us and a weekend getting in the way.
In both cases, I was kept informed of the progress of the orders.

The item arrived on time even though it was close to xmas. The after sales help was excellent, with their tech people helping me get things set-up and working via email and whatsapp. Very Happy indeed.

I was conned,too. Ordered programming cable which never arrived. OBDIITOOL use also worst courier ever - Yodel. They happened lo loose couple of my parcels. And always claimed to have left them in safe place. I live in a block of flats so what is the safe place? And courier never ringed bell nor knocked the doors. Bunch of thieves. Avoid at all cost!

It got one star only because I had no choice.
This lot are lying thieves. I bought the unit to program in an ABS unit which it is advertised as being able to perform. I had so much trouble failing to get it to work at all that I foolishly let their support team do it remotely. In doing so, they shut down all my security which in turn caused me no end of problems getting my pc hacked. when they eventually got the unit to work, I found that there is no function for programming an ABS module or 70% of the others that they picture in the add. when I questioned them about this they said that they were not licenced to provide these functions. Bit of a joke really as they are not licenced to provide any of the software which is why it has to be hacked to make it work at all. I too was given a UK return address but given that other people have been conned out of that as well, is it worth bothering?
These people in my opinion lying thieves and should be avoided at any cost.

Absolute con artist scanner tool did not work so contacted PayPal. Given a uk address to send it to for refund. When it was received recorded delivery they provided a foreign address and said it had not been received no refund.

I had looked at good and bad reviews about ordering from the obdii website,and problems with orders and kit,however this was all laided to rest in my experience.
They where quick to respond via email and the diagnostic tool arrived in the specified time 5-7 days via yodel.
The foxwell tool worked well on my 1999 bmw e39 with the bmw adapter and tested the abs system and done a Srs reset dsc lights out!happy days.
Next car I tryed 2007 fiesta,abs fault found,tested abs system repaired and reset,lights out.
Not all functions are supported however for the money it’s a lot of bang per buck.
So overall I’m very happy with my purchase it’s done the jobs I wanted and saved me money.I’m happy with the service provided and would recommend the obdii website.
I think the key is to find the tester with the functions you require and don’t be afraid to play with all the functions on the car to get used to the tool to bring out the best in it.

I found this site on my search for a Hyundai specific diagnostic kit. I read mixed reviews but decided to take the plunge. I confirmed my order after speaking to a rep on WhatsApp who was helpful and was easy to understand. From order to arrival at my address took 10 days which I was very impressed with. I’ve only done basic tests on the kit but it does indeed seem to work!

Avoid this company like the plague, they are absolute rip-off thieving merchants.

OBDIITool.co.uk sold me a scanner that was faulty and refused to help me sort it out, they just ignored all correspondence. The scanner was advertised as UK stock and I purchased it from a UK website, but if I wanted to return it then I had to send it to China (at my expense), where they would probably deny ever receiving it.

The scanner was total rubbish and a complete waste of money.

After ordering from this company, I read some online reviews and was rather worried.
However, I received several communications on order progress and the code reader was delivered on time and well packaged.
The only slight concern I had was that although I was informed that the tool was shipped from their UK warehouse, I suspect that it may have been sent direct from China.
In any case, it arrived safely.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Accidentally put a duplicate order through due to confusing information regarding the product. Contacted immediately to get the order cancelled, they acknowledged and confirmed the cancellation.

Nothing then happened, no cancellation, no order processed, no shipping, and critically no reply. Raised the issue via paypal, and got a response stating they would issue a refund 'today or tomorrow'. The following day they updated paypal to say they had shipped the item instead of cancelling and refunding!

There are plenty of other reputable sellers for diagnostic equipment, spend a little more money and use them instead!
