I order UK small size coat and They send wrong size coat with really poor quality. Dont buy anything from them through Wowcher website from this website.

I ordered a Cards Against Humanity game as a gift via Wowcher. The item shown in the picture looked like the real game, but the item received was an unlicensed copy provided by Oberobiz. Wowcher appears to sell a lot of items provided by this company, despite its dismal reviews.

Their delivery was never received. I blame the courier more than them. I specifically asked for a safe place and the courier completely ignored this, then tried to deliver on a Sunday at 7pm when I was not at home then because they pretended to deliver a second time the parcel was unable to be delivered and sent back and they were totally unhelpful. Now 2 months later no delivery. Wowcher, delivery and Oberobiz are all crap, don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a handheld emulator that played snes, N64, nes, Gameboy, neo geo etc games (21k games). Product arrived after 2 weeks, can't complain at all. Surprised to see so many bad reviews. I ordered through Wowcher as well. I must've been lucky or something as had no issues whatsoever.

I wish I could give -1 stars. Bunch of criminals and liars. do not trust delivery timelines. One item with express delivery (2 days) took almost 3 weeks... guess what? It was coming all the way from China.

Customer support is a joke and simply ignore you.

Wish there was minus stars for this absolutely diabolical excuse for a retail outlet. Ordered coat for wife on 16th Dec 25 supposed to get it before xmas. On 3rd Jan 26 i asked them where it was. They said Yodel had delivered it on 31 Dec25. Absolute rubbish when i told them i had not received it they gave me tracking number and a number to call yodel. I did this and Yodel did not know where it had been delivered to. Told Oberobiz this and they sent me same msg again. i have now received same message 7 times from them. STAY away from these jokers absolutely disgusting service and customer service. Please dont give them the chance to rip you off as well.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a product for Xmas via Wowcher and this company, it eventually came and the box was battered. Thought it's fine, as long as the product is ok, which it was, but what I'd ordered was no where near as good as it had been described on the website so I arranged a refund and return and the postage was at my own expense. I recently checked the delivery status with the tracking number and it has been refused and is apparently on its way back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Tried to get in touch and heard nothing back so I don't expect to get the product back nor do I expect to get a refund. Wish I'd have read the reviews beforehand as my experience is much like everyone else's. The company seems like an absolute scam.

Ordered a boxing game for a Christmas present through Wowcher, the parcel took weeks to get to me (turned up on Christmas Eve) the box was battered /open at both ends and squashed flat.
Items from the box were missing and the item was different to the one advertised on wowcher.
Custer service are saying the item is different to the one advertised but in a good way?
Still awaiting reply on refund or replacement
Item cannot be used!

Bought a stitch lego set. Payed delivery on the site for delivery by the 5th jan , arrived on the 10th. Nothing on wowcher or website it would come in a battered brown box with a plastic bag of lego pieces. Was bought for a gift but to embarrassed to give this now .
Disappointed and will NEVER buy from this company or wowcher again.

Customer services totally ineffectual and evasive. They continually fail to respond to specific questions and just reply with the same non sensible automated replies. I purchased via WOWCHER and they obviously used as a third party who sent an unsatisfactory item that they will not accept accountability for. TOTALLY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!

Total scam, they took my money and gave a false Yodelnumber as proof of delivery. Avoid at all costs

Less than 1 star...Purchased the 3 in 1 Intelligent Sweeping Robot Vacuum Cleaner, it turns on but no steam, does nothing only moves around, too scam, will be demanding a full refund

ordered r36s via wowcher and received a fake copy, AVOID! wowcher and oberobiz, AVOID!

I bought an A4 eletronic drawing tablet , when it arrived it had no charge , which is unusual , so I charged it for a few hours , and it turned on , but only on full brightness ,instead of three choices and when I unplugged it , it would not stay alight , so I emailed oberobiz , they wanted videos of it
Videos of it not working , then they said they would accept it as a return if I posted it within 7 days at my expense , don't use these people , they can't be trusted , I would never use them again.

I order a pair of women's boots from wowcher who use Obero. ORDER NO 50598511, ITEM RECEIVED 26/11/2025. ITEM RETURNED 28/11/25 WAS UN UNWANTED ITEM BECAUSE THEY ARRIVED TO LATE.

I requested a return. Return was accepted.

Because I used klarn at the time my My karlna account is still outstanding and I haven't received my refund.

IM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED

Amonth later still no refund.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Purchased a product through Wowcher arrived and was faulty didn’t work and when I emailed for a refund, They keep requesting that I send videos of the faulty product! I have sent over multiple videos on separate emails yet they say they have not received a video!

Not even worth 1 star - went through - WOWCHER - ordered 2 Taylor swift advent calendars at a cost of £12 each, then had to pay £3.99 per item delivery- goods where never received and they will not refund me - they just keep sending the same email reply that it’s the couriers fault and I need to contact them. 2 months on and Im now being ignored- absolute scam of a company. Why do Wowcher let them sell on their site. Due to this I will never ever use Wowcher again

I bought a Lego style Minecraft the creeper toy from Oberobiz through Wowcher which I received today and I have to admit that I am very impressed with quality unlike other reviewers on this site. If this had been in a Lego box I don't think that I would be able to tell the difference So yes very pleased

Complete and utter crap, as are wowcher. Avoid both at all costs as are UPS no wonder the comedy King of Queens is based around them as in IPS.
