Totally frustrating time trying to buy…
Totally frustrating time trying to buy something as a gift from their website. The web store offers a 10% new customer welcome discount if you subscribe - but the emails it sends don't contain a code. The store shows the code but you can't select it and it doesn't get applied at the checkout. The AI assistant refuses to connect you to a human, even after asking 20+ times - in many cases showing that human is not currently available (On Monday it says no humans on Monday afternoon - so you connect on Tuesday & it says humans ARE available on Monday but not Tuesday morning. On Tuesday afternoon it shows no humans available on Tuesday afternoon. In the end, i made the purchase without the discount because its for a birthday present - but unlikely to ever return

Realiable Company but poor Quality
Delivery was very quick and communication with the company excellent.
For the actual products the style is great but the quality is not very good, especially for the price paid.
I decided to keep the items as I like the design but I don’t they will last the season, I already see a small hole appearing after just one wear.
