I am here to apologize to OCBuyBack. I sent in 2 phones that I did not realize had issues. Ocbuyback did an evaluation and responded with an offer that met the condition of the phone. I did not accept the offer but they still sent the phones back free of charge. I might suggest that the website have some kind of guideline or list of things to look for that would indicate what condition the phone is in. One of my phones had lcd screen burn in which I am shocked I never even noticed until they pointed it out. 5 stars for OCbuyback, they can definitely be trusted. Just be sure you do your part to make sure you understand what condition your phone is in. Thanks

I am sorry you feel like you got scammed. I can assure you we are not trying to scam anyone.
I just checked your order and I am all up to date. It looks like we paid out a check to you for $26 for 2 iPod classics. One iPod Classic had an LCD line going across it and had to be re-quoted since it did not match the good condition criteria. We sent you an email in regards to the re-quote. You had the option to accept the revised offer or to have the device sent back at our cost. You accepted the re-quote. The second iPod classic passed all inspections and the original quote was paid out.
Unfortunately when a device has LCD damage it does not qualify for the "Like New" or "Good" condition categories as listed on our website.
