I normally do not give feedback when I am not a regular customer as it only represents a single point in time when things could've gone either way. However, in this occasion I was quite satisfied.

Product quality was excellent which it perfectly matched the product rating on their website. Great customer service, keeping direct contact with me and working with me to ensure I receive my product at the time that suited me with no hesitation to make changes I required.

Note that I am still testing the product with everyday use but so far I haven't spot anything wrong with a refurbished product. So overall pleasantly surprised of the service and product received. Happy to endorse or recommend OCM based on a single experience.
