Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I had furniture shipped from Dubai to a city in Europe.
The refrigerator had dents, and the table and chair were damaged.
When I contacted the company, they replied that I hadn’t filled out the insurance documents, but they had no problem accepting payment for the insurance.

I eventually agreed to waive my rights just to move on. My only request was to get back the 500 AED I had paid.
It’s been a year, and nothing has happened, so now it doesn’t matter anymore. This review has cost me 500 AED, damaged furniture, and a lot of headaches.

Stay away.
Even the owner doesn’t keep his promises.
I will file a complaint with the authorities when I visit Dubai again.
It’s a matter of principle.
