Very satisfied with the service!

After reading some bad reviews I still took a chance at ordering a smartphone cover, since I couldn't find it anywhere else.
I was very happy to recieve it without any issues, within the estimated time period, well-packaged and in good condition.

I think Octilus should get credit for doing something well, despite negative reviews.

Where is my parcel and why can't anybody pick up the phone.

Octilus is so unprofessional. You have a contact number but nobody picks up the phone. An email but nobody replies. Please contact me asap. I have made an order and I need it to be delivered to me before sunday as I have paid an extra amount for express delivery. I have tried contacting you but nobody answers. I have emailed you but again nobody answers. My order number is #28000000060 but I need a tracking number asap so I can receive my item on time. Last time I didn't receive my package till over a month later and I had paid extra for express delivery. please do not let me down again because this is a gift that I need to give somebody before sunday. thank you in advance.

Great service and even got a surprise!

Received my package fast and even got a surprise. Got a octilus lolipop, wasn't expecting it. The material was really good, coudn't be more happy.
I will most definitly purchase from them again 😊

Fast and professional

I ordered (on octilus.com in Madrid)2 items for my Asus phone and I made a payment at 10pm on Wednesday. The post came on Friday at 11am.
Excellent and super fast service. Also the lady on the phone advised correctly and professionally.
One slight thing: the tempered glass had 2 small stripes, I would expect perfect clean protector (it was packed and sealed). Probably not their fault,.
I would shop with them again!

Item not delivered no refund offered.

I purchased a phone case for a Wileyfox on the 24th of November 2016.
The item has not arrived. I emailed the company and was told that it has probably been lost in the post. I was told that I will have to wait until 22nd of December to clam a refund.
This is of no use as the case is part of a Xmas present.
The company shop page don't tell you that they are a Spanish company.
I have escalated this issue to Paypal as I am getting no where with Octilus customer service.
I would not recommend this company to any buyer.

EKSTREM DÅRLIG KUNDESERVICE!!!!!

Jeg købte flere ting i en ordre hos octilus.dk og modtog bl.a. de to ens mobiltasker jeg havde bestilt. Det viste sig at taskerne ikke virkede, da mobiltelefonerne blev ved med at falde ud af dem, tasken ikke kunne lukkes og i en af taskerne virkede lommen til kreditkort ikke.
Jeg kontaktede octilus pr. email på dansk og fandt ud af at jeg skulle skrive med dem på engelsk, da deres virksomhed åbenbart er i Spanien. Jeg forklarede min situation og skrev at jeg ønskede nogle andre produkter. Efter flere mails, hvor de til sidst efterspurgte fotos for fejlene og en beskrivelse heraf, besvarer jeg med ti fotos og en beskrivelse. Det var den 24. maj 2015, altså snart seks uger siden og jeg har ikke hørt fra dem siden. Jeg har efterfølgende skrevet til dem tre gange, men jeg regner ikke med at høre fra dem igen og nu sidder jeg med to produkter, som jeg ikke kan bruge! Det er simpelthen for dårligt og tarveligt!! Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette firma for nogen!!

I bought several things in an order at octilus.dk and received, among other things, the two identical mobile phone pouches I had ordered. It turned out that the bags was not working, when the mobile phones continued to fall out of them, the bag could not be closed, and in one of the pouches, the pocket for credit cards did not work. I contacted octilus per. email in Danish and found out that I had to write them in English, as their business apparently is in Spain. I explained my situation and wrote, that I wanted some other products. After several e-mails, where they eventually sought photos of errors and a description of it, I answered with ten photos and a description. It was May 24, 2015, ie almost six weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. I have subsequently written to them three times, but I do not expect to hear from them again and now I have two products that I can not use! It is simply too poorly and tacky !! I would not recommend this company to anyone !!

Poor customer service

I bought a case for my mobile and within a few weeks it had split. I had thrown the original box it came in away as I though it's meant to be a robust case so no need to keep it but no it split fairly easily.
I tried to get a refund but they insisted on having the original box. So money wasted! I would not recommend shopping with this company.

Pray for everything to work as expected...

If not, you'll be very disappointed.
For example, don't try to get a delivery to a company address because the online form will let you type in the company name, but it will delete it when you'll save.
If you notice it, then, you can try to mail them or send support requests, but they won't respond.
Do not search for a phone number there is none outside of spain. I even tried to reach the Spanish phone number, that's simply impossible, I suspect there is noone to pick up the phone.

So I ordered a case from them over the weekend, thinking it would be the usual 10-15 days before I got it, I got it the next tuesday... Awesome service, no hitches. You've definitely gained a permanent customer guys !
