Placed a number of orders through lock-down. Always prompt service and delivery and with their experience, always good quality products. As they say, life's a struggle if you don't juggle!

Terrible Customer Service
Purchased my sons first two unicycles from oddballs and then we ordered the Giraffe Unicycle. Following this the pedals became loose and cross threaded. Contacted Oddballs as they were showing the crank set on the website however they said they were not in stock. They then contacted me to inform they had found the correct part which I paid for and ordered, however when it arrived it was the wrong part. There was no offer of a refund however they did agree to try and find the correct part. Over 12 months later I was contacted by James from Customer Services who sent me a link to a supplier in China and I ordered the part only to find out that the supplier was a scam. I contacted Oddballs again to make them aware of this and they informed there was nothing they could do. Customer Services is extremely poor and I would avoid buying anything from this company as you will not be supported should you have an issue

Best customer service in all of London
Best customer service in all of London, the kids loved it and was the highlight of our trip, here is a man who loves his job and it shows. Wish we could have stayed longer and played with everything. Finally got them off the computer and out in the sun playing with their Yo-yos and Diablo and puzzles. Not just juggling stuff, so much to explore.

Qu-Ax pogo stick
Purchased 3 off Qu-Ax pogo sticks from oddballs, was then called by James to inform me that they only had remaining in stock. James was brilliant and put the order on a next day service as a goodwill gesture! The pogo sticks are great quality and should last many years. Many Thanks James & Oddballs!!

Excellent!!
Amazing customer service and product knowledge at Oddballs. Everyone l spoke to was extremley polite and helpful. I needed advice on which juggling balls would best suit my seven year old granddaughter. Alex took great interest and time discussing with me which would be the perfect set of juggling balls for her, and the reasoning behind that choice. He went to great lengths to ensure she received them in time for her birthday. The present was a great success and l will certainly be buying from Oddballs in the future.
