Staff were great very helpful film was spoilt by a group of children shouting all the way through before the film even started one adult with them didn’t try to stop them . Staff told us they were stopping them coming again as they already had a warning but didn’t hear most of the movie they were so loud

Too expensive

Too expensive. The tickets and food and drink is massively overpriced.

Seats were all on a flat plain and so I paid extra for “better seats” but there was hardly any difference in any of the seats.

Seats all too close together too

Not a bad experience

Easy purchase of tickets online which speeds up entering the cinema.
The instore Costa was closed due to staff illness which was a disappointment.
The room we were in was very cold, with only 7 people watching the film,so that part of the experience was not so good.
Cinema itself was clean with helpful staff.

No recliner seats in Cinema 9

No recliner seats in Cinema 9
Pleasant young man serving popcorn and drinks to take in
No lighting so difficult to find/choose nearer seats in almost empty auditorium (husband 100 years old)
Interesting film

Not the best of films

Staff were friendly. The film, Sense and Sensibility, was fine but a little slow. We moved back as it was too loud near the front. I didn’t find those seats in Screen 8 very comfortable-they seemed to slope forward. My friend was cold and we kept our coats on.

H&S concerns

This has nothing to do with the film which my son and I enjoyed. When we left around 1020 pm on Mon 19/10/26 we followed another couple out and proceeded to the door we came in which was locked. Couldn’t see any exit signs and as it was my first time here I wasn’t sure. Next to the door I thought was the opening which turned out to be clear glass and no signs on. Which I crashed into caused bruising to my head and right knee which shook me up. The couple behind us said that’s dangerous as they would have probably done the same. There was no staff about and I’m sure you will be able to see on your cctv.

This has put me off going there after this event and hope nobody else succumbs to a worse fate
