Pleasant staff, nice environment.

Wish seats were more comfortable though

Heaters were too hot. Premier seats didn't recline. Kids were saying there was no difference between other seating. Staff were amazing and helpful

Great customer service from staff , cinema was clean. Great movie , just a shame people walked up and down constantly, constantly talked and one their phone.

The seat was comfortable. Picture and sound quality were great. Only downside is food- the portions are getting smaller yet more expensive.

Great film. Comfy seat. Only issue was the price of the popcorn., but I guess they have to make their money somewhere. Recommend.

Online booking is straightforward - I am really pleased to have the opportunity to see opera, plays and ballet on a big screen. Staff in Guildford are always friendly.

Clean comfortable cinema and helpful friendly staff.

The adverts for the film last way to long our cinema booking was 10.30 the film didn’t start till 10.55

The first few minutes had the sound so loud that it was almost deafening, I was wondering whether to walk out or at least go and ask the staff to please turn it down a bit. Fortunately it became a bit less loud, and essentially ok, for the opera itself. I wish I had not selected seats in L as my view was partially obstructed by the headrests of the row in front

Ease of booking tickets and ease of purchasing pop corn and getting to my seat. Cinema room was very good too. Staff pleasant too especially James - I think that was his name behind the popcorn counter.

Booking online is so easy. Good seats. Great sound. Also, none of the others in the audience were eating those smelly, intrusive “snacks”.
But most importantly - a great movie (The Social Reckoning)

My children couldn’t see over the seats in front of them and the booster seats meant they had to sit upright throughout the movie they did not look or feel comfortable.
