It took a long time to go through the…
It took a long time to go through the Ai questions, trying to find the correct phraseology to be understood. Ai kept repeating the same answers and seemed to not be able to understand the question, which was quite clear.
Eventually I was put through to Customer Services and was answered by a person. Again, all the same questions. He asked me to hold on. I held for 20 minutes, no response. I asked if he was still there and received a reply back from Ai, really!! Not helpful. Waited again in a queue for Customer Services, and eventually got somebody different, who resolved the problem very quickly. Do things have to be so time consuming and difficult??

The seats are so comfortable and more important you can see where you are going as Aylesbury unlike Milton Keynes has lights on till trailers start and credits end. Only negative is please please can we go back to 11am (time before Covid) 1pm is a awkward time especially for some older folk that have to take medication with meals.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Seats at Odeon are the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in.
Offering free tea/coffee a great idea, but think you need to wash out the tea/water urns as, for the last two weeks, the tea has tasted as if its been made with stale water that's been used to boil cabbage!!
